Professional Physical and Hand Therapy

Staff were so nice!! I’ve been to PT before and it was a less than stellar experience. The front desk staff are lovely. Ryan, the therapist, is wonderful! He is skilled at his work, and has a fantastic attitude. Would recommend!

I was recommended to proceed with physical therapy after being diagnosed with a shoulder tear. I was nervous about recuperation to be able to continue with work. If I had known then what an amazing facility this was, I wouldn't have been nervous at all. The professionalism and overall caring demeanor of the staff can't even be expressed into words. They made you feel 100% comfortable and I loved that every single person that walked in, they greeted them by name from facial recognition, not by just looking at their names in a file. They went above and beyond to know each and every one of their patients as people. They kept everyone talking and happy take their minds off of what they were doing so their bodies could get the rehab they needed. I cannot thank the staff that I worked with enough: Kim, Kyle, May, John, Sean, Connor and everyone else who were beyond amazing. I would highly recommend this facility. I went in there with maybe 30% mobility and walked out of there with more than 90% in 6 weeks and was able to return to my normal work habits. The exercise plan they sent home with me will hopefully get me the rest of the way.

Professional Physical Therapy has been the best PT facility I could have chosen to help me heal from my knee replacement surgery. I thought that the other PT facility I had chosen first would be the best one to help me but, man, was I wrong! Professional Physical Therapy was far more helpful, effective, efficient, just to name a few, because they listen to their patients and work with them instead of making everyone fit in one mold and all heal the same way, with one kind of therapy, that has to be painful or else it's not good enough, even if the patient is begging you to be more gentle. So switching my therapy to the Professional group was the best I could have done. They are working on my knee, helping me to be able to bend it, use it more, showing me what exercises will encourage muscle use and help me see what doing the exercises accomplishes. I am very thankful for Professional Physical Therapy.

Ryan the OT gives cutting edge care as well as the time & attention to detail needed to heal. A different staff member seemed average like other PT's do what we say while we work on another patient. Front desk was kind and on top of thier game.

I had Carpal Tunnel surgery on my right hand and elow area May 29th. I just started hand therapy on June 17th. From the first day my experience has been positive. My Therapist is Ryan. He is great, also his Assistant. I am on my way to recovery with the help of Professional Physical Therapy and Ryan Wysocki. The exercises Ryan gave me to do at home is helping me greatly. I will definitely be compliant with my scheduled visits as well as my at home exercises. Thank you to my Orthopedic Surgeon for the referral to Professional Physical Therapy. I look forward to continuing progress in healing.

Great place. All the therapists are fantastic, they take time with you and are legitimately concerned about your issues and work on them to get you pain free and functioning normally again and back to everyday life activities. They have a hard job and all of them do it above and beyond!! Girls at front desk are great! They accommodate you the best they can setting up your appointments, working around your schedule and anything else you have questions about. The therapist's aides are fantastic! Always there when you need something, from showing you an exercise, getting you heat or ice they are on point always! Place is clean and always good conversation with everyone that works there while doing therapy. Clifton office is 10 stars!!!!

Every time I attend my appointments at Professional is an amazing experience. I get the best attention and an excellent customer service. Love it
