Professional Care Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation - Patchogue

August 30, 2023 Professional Care PT is aptly named for the professional care and treatment they provide their clients. I speak from own personal experience and observations. From the moment you enter the facility and are greeted by the receptionists/ schedulers you immediately get the sense that you are in good hands both figuratively and literally. Insurance questions are addressed and resolved. It is at this point that you realize the true nature of the Professional Care Team. Highly trained Occupational and Physical Therapists assess your condition and chart a course of treatment which yields immediate results. Again I speak from personal experience. I have been treated for hands with restricted movements due to arthritis and work related injuries. I am nearing the end of my treatment and have improved beyond my expectations. I will be leaving with a full program to follow to insure my continued progress. I heartily endorse Professional Care PT for anyone in need of care and treatment. John Passarello

For starters the entire staff couldn’t be more friendly. Nick and Ben are great. After 2 months of therapy my torn rotator cuff is so much better and surgery not needed. It’s sad to say goodbye to them. They treat you like family

Dr. Darek Candelore is a rare find in the healthcare professional these days. He actually takes the time to listen to your concerns and is 100% focused on your situation. His top priority is doing the best thing to help the patient achieve optimal results. He is kind in his demeanor, understanding and accommodating. The facility is clean and bright, and the staff are very pleasant. All-round wonderful experience!

My experience with Amanda for occupational therapy was great. She and all the staff were professional yet very friendly. They were all knowledgeable about my issues and helped me learn a lot about my condition. I would highly recommend them.

I've been coming here for 5 weeks to rehab my torn meniscus. All the therapists and support staff are phenomenal. They take time to get to know you and build an excellent rapport to foster a positive therapy environment to help you achieve the fastest recovery possible. The team really knows what needs to get done with orthopedic injuries to get you back to optimum functioning. Hopefully I never need PT again but if I do I know where I'm coming!! Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Everyone at this facility (really, everyone) has treated me with professionalism and with kindness. My condition has improved significantly and I have always felt supported and welcomed. I couldn't have imagined a better experience or a better outcome.

I couldn’t recommend Professional Care more! I worked with Darek for a little over 4 months for very frustrating back pain that had no apparent cause. He worked with me to figure out the source of the pain and never let me get discouraged by seemingly random flare ups. The entire staff was incredible and although I’m happy I’m no longer in pain, I’ll miss seeing everyone twice a week. Thank you for such great care!!
