Perfection is an amazing place. They make therapy actually fun to go to. They are are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Paige was given the task to deal with me. I guess she pulled the short straw! Paige is excellent at what she does. It’s hard to express what a great job she is doing. I can’t wait for my next operation 😀.
There are not enough words to express how amazing this place is. Paul and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, empathetic. They genuinely care about their patients and provide personalized one on one care. As the parent of an athlete, I highly recommend their performance services as well- a MUST for competitive athletes to be successful! The massage therapy with Kristen is the best you’ll have in town! She is fantastic! 5 stars is simply not enough for Profection Physical Therapy!
The staff and care that was provide by Profection Physical Therapy was excellent. This is my second rehalf session with the PT and Staff ... They get the results. I will forever sharing the great work and care they have provided to me ... Paul John is AA #1 in my book ... Thanks to all of you ... I am proud to say I have 2 New Knees ...
Everyone is friendly and encouraging. PT is fun there, and I have looked forward to every session. I've made great progress as they have tailored my program to my needs. The best! I'm now "released" and couldnt be happier with the progress I've made, with their help and encouragement!
Facility is perfect, it is very calming and well decorated. From my first contact by phone, I knew that I was dealing with a good provider. My trainer is Brooke Lane and she is a lovely, caring person who knows what she is doing and works with you to gently heal your trouble spots. I have only had a few sessions with Brooke and I look forward to each visit.
I have been extremely pleased with the level of care and professionalism demonstrated by the Profection team. I can't say enough good about my personal therapist, Elizabeth (Paige) Thompson. She has an uncanny way of getting the most out of me without exceeding my limits during the therapy sessions which has resulted in accelerating my recovery. She shoots straight and works me hard, all the while demonstrating a sincere care for my recovery and well-being. The owners, Paul and Dave, who like everyone else that works there have been most friendly and cordial, have put together one fine-tuned team that I would highly recommend to anyone needing physical therapy.
Always a friendly greeting when I walk in the door. Therapist (Paul) is always ready to start on schedule. With every appointment I work with the same therapist which is so advantageous with him knowing exactly where I am and what I've accomplished so far. I feel like there is no time wasted and we are constantly making progress. Highly recommend!
Kristen is AMAZING! I’ve dealt with pain for two years from an accident and from years of critical care nursing, and very rarely have I experienced any relief until Kristen started working with me. Her massages are individualized to meet my specific needs, and she’s always adapting our schedule to address my continued healing and comfort. 10/10 I recommend her and PFT!
