This place is fantastic. Highly recommend with no hesitation. Emily patiently listens to you and then thinks on how she can build out the best PT plan for you. She is constantly evaluating your progress and thinking of ways to push you to improve. She is very proactive in assessing your progress and next steps to bring you back to 100%. Both Emily and Dave explain and demonstrate the exercises to make sure you are doing them properly. This is HUGE. I think this is something that they do especially well and other PT practices fall short on. From an office management perspective, appointments start on time, they are flexible (within reason) with scheduling, you get text reminders - overall the whole operation is very well done.

I am so happy to have found such a great facility. The staff is extremely caring and knowledgeable. Thanks to Lifetime I feel like my old self again. I will absolutely recommend my family and friends to schedule an appointment if they ever need physical therapy or a chiropractor.
