ProCare Rehabilitation Green Brook

Recently had an issue with movement in my neck. The doctor had recommended physical therapy. ProCare is close to me & accepted my insurance. I recognized the name of one of the staff, so chose to use them for my physical therapy. I am so happy with my choice. The staff was very professional and kind, never made you feel rushed. Steve listened to what led up to my neck hurting and experiencing some limited movement. Steve started with initial physical therapy treatment and exercises. After that first session he told me which exercises I could do at home, which helped starting my healing process. Each visit I was asked how my neck was feeling, or any questions. I received PT for about a month. There were more exercises and stretching added to the PT session, including those I could add to the ones I was doing at home. My neck is so much better and I now I can continue the exercises to help me keep the muscles strong. I highly recommend using ProCare Greenbrook for therapy. The added bonus there is nothing like having a great therapy location so close by.

ProCare is the best! Steve has been my physical therapist for various different issues over the years. My most recent visit was to help with hip pain I have been having due to dance. With Steve’s constant encouragement and support, my hip is completely healed and I finally feel relief. He is kind to all of his patients and truly listens to them. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful and always friendly. ProCare has given me a safe and comfortable environment to heal 😊

Stephen was a top notch physical therapist! Extremely helpful & professional practice all around! I had a knee injury, and with his expertise & encouragement, I now have much greater mobility and comfort. The ladies at the front desk also were super friendly & accommodating. Excellent service! Clean! I was prescribed PT and after reading reviews chose Procare. I wanted someplace close to home and I was pleasantly surprised with my choice. There is plenty of parking and entry is on grade. Everyone has been extremely pleasant including Robin. My therapist, Steve, is knowledgeable and patient but firm. I'm scheduled to go for 4 weeks and look forward to successful healing! I'm very happy with facility and highly recommend for your rehab needs!

I had a sprained knee and a torn quadriceps. I definitely was thinking that my summer was over. It was a long recovery but Stephen and staff definitely was instrumental in my speedy recovery. They were always uplifting and flexible. I would definitely recommend the Green Brook location to any and everyone. As we get older we can’t rely on our bodies to snap back into shape. Stephen and staff are knowledgeable in helping the body to heal and recover.
