Great People work here. Brian is an amazing therapist, incorporating fun into my therapy sessions. This great team helped me heal and got me back into the pool without pain. I recommend the team at ProCare Rehab. They are great listener and helpful with their service! Thank you Brian and Mathew at ProCare !

The care at ProCare in Clinton is amazing! I was taken care of by Haley who was a pleasure to work with as she helped alleviate my knee pain. Haley took the time to listen to my aches and pains and clearly adjusted her therapy to fix my knee problem. I couldn’t believe how she knew what to do to fix my problem. The rest of the people working there were also pleasant and welcoming which made coming here “fun.” A great team!

I highly recommend this Rehab place ! I have been at the same location for two separate incidents. Both times Brian and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful explaining the exercise procedures. The entire staff is very polite and pleasant to chat with. In both instances ( elbow & knee pains), I did make great improvements ! Thank you all !!

Pro Care rehab was fantastic, Erin and her crew were very encouraging and supportive in the care of my injury. They explained and demonstrated the activities that I needed to do to strengthen my ankle and encouraged me to do them even though it was difficult at first. I highly recommend ProCare in Clinton, NJ.

I have used ProCare Rehabilitation in Clinton New Jersey, for three different ailments, and each rehab program was successful. The atmosphere and environment is great. My therapist Erin, is a caring and experienced therapist. She makes me feel confident that I will succeed in every step of my wellness plan, and I have. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Mitch, who is another outstanding therapist and Antonina and Beth who help make the scheduling and authorization process successful.

After fracturing my foot and spraining my ankle, PT Brian Reid tailored my rehab to fit my injuries and had me back playing pickleball in less than 3 months. I feel stronger than ever. Everyone at ProCare Clinton was courteous, professional and encouraging. I highly recommend them for rehab from any injury/ailment!!

I cannot say enough about the staff over at ProCare Clinton. After a 3rd ACL surgery, I knew what PT was all about and stressed this in my first meeting about wanting to be challenged. Haley Jacobs sure did listen to my concerns and tested me, this is what I was looking for. The front desk staff were amazing, the help, and other trainers get to know you along with everyone else. I was very lucky to find a a PT that always looking to help you get better, stronger, and improve your body movements. I would recommend Haley to anyone looking to bounce back quick!

I’ve given this review a great deal of thought. And because of the tenor of the conversation I had with the woman at ProCare who called me on 2/7/24, I feel that I should make others aware. This is NOT about treatment, I’ve never been to ProCare in Clinton. I read the reviews about the PT’s and felt that I’d be in good hands under their care. Instead this review is about the impressions from the scheduling/front desk staff. I had called several places on the list of many Rehabilitation clinics suggested, because I was advised to seek PT by my orthopedist after I was rear ended and suffering from injuries apparently typical of such a collision. ProCare in Clinton was the first to answer. My initial contact was pleasant. I gave all the information that was asked, and an appointment was made. I received at call at 7:45am the day before my appointment, I assumed it was simply an early morning confirmation call. I was wrong. The woman sounded annoyed and almost angry from the moment I answered, she told me that I couldn’t come in as scheduled, and further, that I should never have been given the appointment because I didn’t provide the script for PT, (I have one, but I made the appointment on the phone- which I imagine is customary), and she also wanted the doctor notes. I was caught completely off guard, her angry tone threw me off. I’ve never been in an accident before, and I had no idea that I was supposed to have gotten notes from the ambulance, the ER, and the orthopedist. I was too busy worrying about my personal injuries, and my car, (it was brand new). It didn’t occur to me to ask at all points of medical care to get anything more than the paperwork I was handed. I admit it may have been a “stupid” question, but I asked how do I go about getting notes from a doctor, and she exasperatedly told me to call them and ask. The absolute rudeness of this person shocked me. Not a hint of compassion, nor an apology for any misunderstanding, just a deeply unsettling and downright aggressive conversation. I hung up, and felt bewildered. I called and spoke to another rehabilitation center later that day. They were respectful and helpful. They took my information as ProCare had, but when I asked about me providing notes from the hospital and Orthopaedics, they stated that they needed only the accident claim number, and the other insurance information that I had readily available. And that they would make the calls to attain any other information they may need. The difference in how I was treated is profound. And I felt that was worth noting.
