staff are very friendly and try to get things done quickly. been coming here for a few years now for periodic DOT physical renewals and drug screens for the company I work for. almost every time I come here, I just fill out a few forms, and within 10 mins or so I'm called in to start what I need to do. although sometimes once the majority of the physical is finished and its time to see the doctor, there have been times that I've had to wait like an hour or so. but other times I only had to wait about 15-20 min. I guess it varies on how packed they are with other patients. even then, seriously surprised at some of the low star reviews. (but then again some of them are from 4+ years ago so I guess some things might have changed.) still, compared to other places I've been to for the same services, this place is one of the better ones

I was sent there by my work for a work injury. The Staff is Very Nice & 1st Doctor I saw Stephen R. Greene Was Polite Very Nice Professional. Understood My Injury.. Took the Time to give Me a full Exam..& Put Me On Light Duty With Restrictions. Physical therapists Was Great Also. Today 9/28/23. I saw Dr James Keok. Who Was the Most Unprofessional Rudest Doctor I Have Ever Seen. He Kept to began to argued with Me about My Workers Comp Case. In Which I Express that was for My Company to talk to Me About!! . & He would not drop talking about how they would deny My Claim!!! & He never asked How I was Feeling !! He Never took the Time to Exam Me. & He Determined that I could go back to full work dutys with out a Exam!! I told Him I was Not There for His opinion on My Workers Comp Case !! & I was Not there to Argue With A Medical Doctor about a Workers Comp Case!!! The Company has not said or done anything to deny My Claim!!! He stated Oh They Will!!! He got Very Mad .He is Very Unprofessional & Rude & stormed Out & Sent Me out By Never giving Me a Proper Exam!! I was still Hurting ...& I could see the Staff was Even Surprised By His Attitude!!!!! He Dropped My Case .With Our Even A Medical Exam!!! I have never Been treated this Bad by a Medical Doctor in My Life. He was the Most Rudest & Unprofessional Doctor I Have Ever Seen in My 63 Years & I have been seen by all Types of Specialists in all Medical Fields. But Never Been so Disrespected in My Life Untill Today!! I do Hope Management Does Talk to Him About His Professional Ethics!!!!!!

I just left from this clinic and had to post a review about this place only because I originally read quite a few bad reviews...The front ladies were super nice and welcoming. Very helpful! I was in and out in literally 15 minutes. I went in for a Pre-employment drug test and I just had to fill out a simple information form and was called in right away. Took only a minute to get my receipt after collecting a urine sample and was out. They all wished me a good day which was very nice. Great experience!

Front office clerk very rude.Appointment always delay.

The Asian guy drew blood from me and put a bandage on it , in the medical field they should not and do not teach to put a bandage on a needle stick you are supposed to put gauze and a wrap.. O and also they told me to come in here that it was fine that I was covered I did 2 blood test and a urine test and waited a week and found out I need to go redo all of it because my job doesn't cover this proactive only the one in LA , this place is a fooken joke hella unprofessional and shouldn't exist the only professional was the female nurse. The clerk lady doesn't even know what she is doing either and is barley learning, that's probably why they waste every 1s time including there own

Can’t comment, still on going. Only can say, if I was approved to get the proper equipment like a Boot like the physical therapist suggested initially, I may have been way better by now. Instead dr changed my diagnoses to use a Cane/ Brace instead because I could not tolerate the initial Crutches painful under my armpits & Shoulder. Front office has been supportive to me and professional. Clinical staff: some staff asks what I weigh and not actually weigh me, & other staff are professional. Overall, all are patient and nice to me.

I saw a couple different doctors both of whom seemed disinterested in my case and more interested in assigning me to physical therapy for as long as the medical provider would agree to pay. They really never treated the injury in the way that the clinic chosen by my attorney did. This was basically a place where they just wanted to be paid. I was not overly satisfied with their service although the physical therapist was good at his job. I had to beg for pain medication, lotions etc until I was referred to the specialist who then gave them to me like they were sugar candies. I would not suggest this as the best clinic in the area more like a cattle call for injured workers, if your really hurt find another place with someone who is interested in helping you cure the injury.

Surprised at some of the reviews on this place. Every comparable work/drug screening type place I've ever been was significantly slower, especially some of the ones I've been to in the Pomona area. I was in & out in 15 minutes for a pre-employment drug screen & the staff was friendly. I was expecting way worse.
