This place is terrible. It's always packed. Prepare to wait an hour minimum, even with an appointment. The waiting area is too small. Be ready to touch elbows with other people or stand for long periods of time. The girls at the desks are very rude and have nasty attitudes every single time. Bring all your paperwork pre filled because they love to make you go fill it out in the waiting area so they can deal with you later. Be ready for them to spring the counter document, which requires your personal info. If you don't Bring one, they'll make you go fill one out in the waiting room.

I been here since 12:30, it is now 3:21. Been in this room for over an hour now, all I hear is staff laughing and joking, and cracking jokes. It’s no excuse for people to have to wait this long for a 10 minute visit. It seems this staff doesn’t take the job serious. The only reason I came here is because of my work place, they made me miss out on my hours I was suppose to be back by 2:55. They are getting paid while making people have to miss work. Worst place out here

The waiting time for the main building can be from 30 mins to 2 hours. Or even more depending on how slammed they get. Most of everyone I spoke to has kept a level of professionalism. The waiting time is what would make my review a one star. The staff in the Physical Therapy and Chiropractor building is what makes this a 5 star. This is for the Chiropractor staff because I had my time with them. Dr Koemer and his Assistant Misty were great help during my visits. They were the highlight of each time I went. Professional, caring, and accommodating to help with my injury. They are the main reason my review is 5 stars. You two rock.

10 stars!!! Was terrified of going and Dr. Roemer and Mitzi made my world a beautiful place! Like MAGIC they healed my hurt back !! I love them both!!

They don’t answer the phone when u dial operator. The receptions and staff ignited you while standing in line waiting to check in. Takes many hours to be seen. Then once you’re in the room, another hour to be seen by the physician 😳😞😱

Worst place to go my first visit I was there 4 hours my follow up visits wait is a 2 hour minimum. The staff is unprofessional justing sitting around talking loud about there weekend or their nails

I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone at all. Unfortunately, I can't rate a 0 star but this place is honestly that horrible at customer service and service in general. The worst place in Lancaster to do any sort of Work Health Services. They have you waiting long periods (at least an hour, if not more) of time. Also they always find excuses to not service you in order for them to get less work load. The employees (majority ladies) always say they don't do certain test/exams after 4pm or that they are short staff even though the place closes at 9pm at night/evening. I've been here plenty of times and there is always some sort of issue with these employees. These excuses is used I'm sure on a daily basis because as mentioned earlier there is always an issue upon every visit. Don't waste your money and time here most importantly. The business is run terribly if you want me to be perfectly honest!

My husband went to Proactive for required DOT physical. Facility is used per employer, they ask you to remove items from pockets, including any jewelry and place them in a provided container/bin no problem. After the physical his items were returned except his watch, he asked for the watch and was told they didn't have it, ARE YOU KIDDING! He asked several employees including the physician, no watch was returned. He returned the next day with the same inquiry, no watch, trying to stay calm, just want personal belongings returned! This is theft, police report will have to be filed, what a shame! Yes, the watch was placed in the bin, no it did not fall out or if it did, the employees should have known. Bottom line, be cautious at this facility!
