I have been going to Proactive Work Health services office in Garden Grove for my work injury. They are a busy office, but Doctors are thorough, informative and helpful. Dr. Rony Medina and Dr. Capeloto are very thorough and experienced. Both have helped me with my work comp injury, treatment and care throughout this process. Front desk office staff and office manager are helpful and do a great job juggling a busy office. I would recommend this office.

Called at 415 and they said they stopped doing physicals at 4. Even though they close at 5 they only do physicals from 8-4 so I said “ok I’ll be there tomorrow for my physical” I go in today at 830 and they tell me their practitioner who does physicals is not coming in for at least another week. Drove 30 minutes to get there just for them to do this BS to me. Definitely don’t recommend this spot to anyone. Very unprofessional for them to be having you drive in circles for nothing.

There are so many misleading reviews on here. However I personally had a great experience here. I went in as a walk in for a pre-employment test and was greeted nicely by the front desk. She was nice enough to print out my required form which I appreciated so much. There was about 5 people in the waiting room and I waited about 20 mins at the most. My medical assistant who assisted me in my test was great and super friendly. It is a smaller office and only one front desk lady, so I completely understand if it is not super speedy-quick. They provide great services and I am very pleased.

I’m waiting the Dr for more than 2 hours and then really quickly attended me. They need more Doctores in these clínica.

We had multiple injured workers who have appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Brian Capeloto is excellent with bedside manner and truly does his best to assist the patient. Overall the treatment is good for occupational medicine, the only area for some improvement would be the wait times. There is always room for improvement. I recommend this location for medical treatment in occupational medicine.

Unprofessional. (Updated) Nov 22, 2023 My appointment was at 8:00am for 1st therapy. Checked in at 7:55 am, told the receptionist and wrote down that my appointment is at 8:00am. They told me waited for about 30 minutes. I had to ask a receptionist why it took for a long time. Then they told me that therapy is in 202 room closed by which they have never mentioned before. At 202 they want to reschedule my appointment. Except the sorry from them and waiting for me nothing happened. I gave them 1 stars for that.

Avoid this place at all costs. If youre going to be coming here on a regular basis consider a further place that has better care. I consistently come here 15-20 minutes before my appointment (like they recommend) and am usually waiting for over 2 hrs to be seen. Their employees are rude and their waiting room is tiny and usually without any seating left. They're usually around 1-2 hrs behind schedule, disorganized. Save yourself the headache and choose a clinic that isn't trying to play some sort of price-cost maximization game to see how many patients they can schedule with the lowest amount of employees/space/overhead.
