This place needs new management or something the workers all have attitude problems and the lead manager should be let go because her attitude is the worst, which is why her employees have such bad attitudes as well. What makes it worst is tht this place may be where your job sends you to get medical care.
Brenda, Dom, Arash and Dr. Nelson are excellent. Dom even stayed after hours to assist me. Great service, very caring and friendly. They made my experience enjoyable and made me feel mentally better. I appreciate their patience and genuine concern. This was my first time at this facility and they made sure I had everything I needed and appropriately referred me to the needed specialists. I hope I don’t ever have to come back but if I do I hope I get one or all of them. Thank you guys so much for everything😊.
HORRIBLE! I do not recommend being referred to this clinic for any work related injury by the worksite nurse hotline. The doctors here are ridiculous & won’t treat you without proof of video footage of your injury. I have gone a week 1/2 without any treatment just daily evaluation on my pain level & arguments about video footage proof it’s a waste of time & money on gas!!
Poor time management and cleanliness
Wait time is horrible no matter how early you get here you’re always leaving later so bring a lunch. They say it’s only one doctor in and that’s the cause of the long period wait time which is so ridiculous.
Wrost service they schedule people same time as you now you in the waiting room for 2 or more hrs ridiculous. Not only that, they have a specialist that comes once a week and you expect to see more than 40 patience in one day not happening
Awful, If you value your health do not go here, the doctors will not help you with your injuries unless you have video evidence.
