Proactive Rehab- Physical Therapy, Aquatic & Wellness Center

I would like to start off by saying thank you to the staff at Proactive Rehab at the Conyers location. The level of care, attentiveness and friendliness of the staff is just unmatched. They really listen to you and tailor your physical therapy to your individual needs. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend anyone in need of physical therapy to give them a try. I’m glad I did😃

We thank Dr. Powell and his amazing staff for excellent rehab services. Their care and concern for my 90 year old Mom and for myself is priceless. We give them a 10!! If you need rehab services, don't hesitate call them today!

Unfortunately for me in the past 16 years I have had multiple surgeries which required rehab/physical therapy. To date I must give this office 5+ stars!!! From the time I walked into the office, I felt such an unexplainable warmth. What I received later just totally solidified my initial feelings. EVERY SINGLE PERSON, no matter what their title/respective position is at this rehab center, makes me feel like THEY are pleased that they exist to help me and all others who walk through their door. I totally look forward to my visits EVERY week. I also plan to engage in their wellness program once my formal land and aquatic therapy sessions are no longer required. Why? Because of the support/care I am receiving, I want to give something back to their community/center of exceptional caring.

I really enjoyed working with the team whenever I had a PT appointment. They are all knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I was told each time what to expect, how to correct my issue, and the "homework" assignment to keep me moving in the right direction. I would definitely recommend Proactive Rehab to anyone in need of a great physical therapist. I am so glad I was able to work with them and now my hamstring is pain-free!

I am an avid fan of Proactive Rehab for my physical therapy from two knee replacements. I can't compare them with any other as I started with them, and I have continued through many years with this facility. I would not choose another. Dr. Powell is a very kind and gracious doctor.....caring and compassionate. His staff are all so helpful and friendly and do a great job assisting me with all of the many exercises. I have had great success in my recoveries and my Orthopedic doctor has been very pleased with the outcome.

This is for Gloria. My experience with Proactive Rehab was fantastic. These people are very professional and compassionate. I went from being in a wheelchair and not being able to walk to walking on my own. I would highly recommend these awesome people to anyone needing physical therapy. About four years ago, i was treated by this team of therapist for a back injury. These are some of the most polite and personal people that are in this profession. I was always kept informed, they were flexible and worked around my schedule but most important, every time i walked for my appointment(s) i was treated as if i matter. Treatments were always professional and timely done with a sense of care. I appreciate this team and if i have to do it again, this would be my first stop, no doubt.

I can say you will be so thankful that you chose Joey and The Team at ProActive Rehab. They have been wonderful to me in rehabilitating my broken Patella and they are open on Sundays. Everyone is so personable and well trained and experienced, I was blessed to have been them recommended to me by a friend, as I had no idea where to go. I was visiting family when my accident happened and I was blessed to have an Excellent Dr and Rehab Team. Forever Grateful Elizabeth
