I absolutely love this place! Professional, courteous, caring & expert custom physical therapy services. Their front desk staff is always courteous & attentive to your needs. Warwick is one of a kind physical therapist whose level of experience and expertise speaks for itself. Tucson is incredibly lucky to have such a gem in “The Old Pueblo!”

Well I messed up my knee once again, in a cycling incident.. I have really bad knees with osteoarthritis and little cartilage left, but these guys have worked a miracle. Seriously, nothing is better than quality, individualized physical therapy - and Rick really knows his stuff. He could see where I was tight, inflexible, and what needed strengthening. After only a month I'm almost back to normal and riding strong on the bike again. Thanks also to Lena, Andrea and the other friendly staff members who are so helpful and always have a smile on their face. I really love this place!

Ashley is awesome, too bad she’s a traveling nurse, I would like to have her as a physical therapist even after my surgery depending on if I need it. But with her treatment and her consideration, I know I’ll get better. Wendy, the office manager is very accommodating and on top of paperwork. Got one of my other claims approved very quickly for my injury, and things are looking on the up and up for both of my injuries now. Looking forward to an unfortunately, lengthy, but regardless, recovery. :)

I was disrespected an had the phone hung up on me for trying to reschedule my appointment the lady said she was the office director an I asked to speak to her supervisor I was not feeling good I felt like I had the flu an she cancel All my appointment an told me to get a new referral when my doctor wrote my referral for a year when I called back thy kept hanging up the phone thy are very unprofessional You send a message to call office director an have not got a call back run racist people an them told my attorney thy can refuse service to anyone I guess it’s cause I look black cause thy gave me no reason to refuse services if u are medically professionals but I will be making complaints to the state an my insurance

I recently moved to Tucson from Indiana for college, and I somehow managed to develop hamstring tendinitis a couple months into living down here. Being new to town, I had no direction for doctors or physical therapists, so google reviews were all I had to go off of. I found this location of ProActive PT and decided to give it a shot, and I was pleasantly surprised. They were very willing to work with my college and work schedule, and I was pleased with the physical therapists at this location. I have never had an injury needing physical therapy before, so being educated through the exercises and healing process was very appreciated. Dan suggested dry needling as an aid to faster recovery for my tendon, and I am pleased with the results! I am now back to easing into running again, thankfully. I will definitely be recommending this location to family and friends! The staff is always friendly, efficient, and easy to work with.

ProActive Therapy is fabulous. Dan’s approach was just what I needed for long term resolution of knee issues. My therapy program and treatments were insightful, well targeted, and beneficial. The staff coordinated treatment in a friendly and professional environment. What I also greatly appreciated was Dan’s educating me on my role in recovery. I have an exercise program to continue to make improvements and maintain healthy knees. 5 Stars!

I had PT here after Total knee replacement surgery. From day 1 it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind and caring. My main therapist was Dan and he dealt with numerous problems that came up during my rehab and fixed them all, along with Kimberly and Jason. Everyone was great, these were the people, I mainly worked with. Recovery from a total knee replacement is not easy, there are lots of highs and lows. I felt everyone was interested and dedicated to get me back on my feet, and everyone was concerned with how I was feeling. I cannot thank them enough. I will be using them anytime I need PT. I had used another facility for my first knee replacement but feel ProActive. During my recovery, my husband had a back problem and began PT with Rick, who did a great job solving his issues. Thank you again and you will always be who we choose for physical therapy!

Good people, doing good things. Make sure you understand the cause of an injury and let them know before you start. They have multiple providers that have different specialty areas. Find the one that matches your situation.
