ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists

Proactive everyone there really does care and they really do treat you a friend/family. Yet, be prepared to work, they aren't there to candle you. It will hurt you were injured which is why you came there. You yourself hate pain, but they know their job. You need to go in listen and be prepared to do the work. I've been to Redbound, Step and Spine, Performance, with family and friends and saw first hand the level of care. Not a provider taking on two patients but individual care at Proactive. Yet when I got worse instead of better my provider was honest and upfront to stop my care and say there is something else happening yes it hurt my feelings, but he was doing what was best for me instead of what was best for the finances of the company. I should of listened to him instead of Dr that kept saying see you in 4 weeks and looked for another Dr. I trusted my Dr. Now I first hand by going to another Dr. when he was showing stern concern, it was for a reason. As I had a dr that wasn't even reading his reports, or listening to me. If that's the level of care you want then I'd say Proactive because they were being proactive in my care from the beginning.
