I firmly believe a massive part of healing is to have trust in your Dr and to feel heard and Frank hits on both of those fronts. I've referred numerous friends and loved ones to this location and every single person has been delighted and helped.

I have had many years of PT My experience with Nikki and Russell has been a true pleasure. They both listen, personalize my exercises and watch and correct while I do the exercises. In past experiences the therapist was too busy , had too much going at once and did not personalize my treatment. I believe these two therapists are the best I have ever had. . .

This is the best Physical Therapy clinic ever! I have dealt with chronic back pain for many years, having tried massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, and even seen several different PT's over the years, but I never found much relief from my pain until I found Frank Pfeil. Frank is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also extremely compassionate, attentive and thorough. He cares deeply about his patients and truly wants to see you get better. Since working with him, my debilitating back pain is nearly nonexistent. He is the first person to have actually helped me. He is a godsend. He quite literally gave me my life back. If you're hesitant or thinking that other PT's haven't been able to help you, I beg you to please give Frank a chance. He will absolutely change your life, as he did mine. I can't recommend him enough!! I'd also like to acknowledge their front office staff, Daija and Rico, who are the most friendly and welcoming people ever. Also, a big shout out to Milan for always guiding me through my workouts and making sure I have proper form. This place and the people working there are all incredible!

I have been going through physical therapy for decades and finally came across a Therapist Leslie Drawdy that has actually gotten it right for me. Leslie has changed my life with a plan that for the first time addresses my real life back problems. Leslie listened to me and understood. The combination of isometric and proper exercise as well as stretching techniques that Leslie's and her assistants Shelby and Russell have helped me through. But most importantly the physical manipulations with Leslie's magical hands and Dagger Thumbs have been the most effective. I wish I had met her so so many years ago. Proactive has proven to be a Great find.

Front staff and PT staff are all excellent and friendly. Physical therapists Frank and Leslie are both super. They listen to both mental and physical conditions each day and make adjustments in real time.

I am so impressed with the staff and environment at this facility. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a warm and welcoming presence. The PT Frank Pfeil is hands down the most competent and attentive medical professional I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I highly suggest this location!

Came to Proactive with hip issues and the team was here to care for me. They gave me great exercises and the Therapist was very knowledgeable. I also was able to try dry needling for the fist time and it worked wounders. I would recommend this to anyone who needs PT.

I have had a great experience at this location. I highly recommend Nikki. She has helped me gain lost mobility in my lower back and now we are working on my upper back. All of the staff are incredibly supportive, kind, and knowledgeable.
