ProActive Physical Therapy | North Tucson

I've been to Proactive 3 times, and have had 3 different therapists, all of whom have been outstanding. They clearly explain the course of action in regards to my personal recovery. They don't just "go through the motions". They are friendly, compassionate, and professional. I didn't really want to go to physical therapy, as directed by my surgeon, but am now glad that I am, and am optimistic, in regards to it helping my recovery.

I just "graduated" from PT after suffering a badly broken wrist and a frozen shoulder. I knew with the first phone call that it would be a good experience because you always get a real person answering the call and they are so welcoming and nice! Mike Lee had been recommended to me by a neighbor who is a physical therapist as THE best hand specialist, and he was right. Between him and Cindy and all the assistants they not only brought me from painful stiffness and immobility to functioning quite normally. Everyone is chatty and friendly as they bend and twist you! I actually miss not having to go anymore!

I can’t say enough about this facility. All the therapists and assistant practitioners were extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. They clearly care very much about their patients’ progress. They know how to build motivation and make PT fun. I’m so grateful to have healed my fractured wrist and to have had such good care along the journey.

I love Proactive Physical Therapy on Oracle Road. Mike Lee is amazing. He literally SAVED MY HAND! I broke it in five places and it was DEAD/totally useless! Mike came to the rescue and got my hand working slowly but surely. He was very encouraging and made me feel good about my small improvements. I was so distraught before going to him. My orthopedic Dr would only tell me to keep trying to make a fist. The best thing he did was finally send me to Mike Lee. Then I started doing many exercises that would eventually lead me to make a fist again. He was also good at distracting me with conversation while he was “torquing” my hand/fingers/wrist. As visits went on I was excited to show Mike and the rest of the great staff my improvements. They really care and are great motivators. I truly am so thankful for this PT office and will be forever grateful for Mike Lee SAVING MY HAND!!!!!

I have been following Mike Lee as he has moved from place to place. Now that he has a place of his own the level of care has gotten even better. I have been seen by Mike, for shoulder problems, with movement back to 100%. I was seen by Alicia for back issues and again, everything is 100%. I am currently seeing David following foot surgery and I am making phenomenal progress. Though we just started, I should again be 100% soon. All of them are personable, attentive, caring and always there for a pat on the back, or a pick-me-up. There is a burning desire here to see all patients achieve the best they can. Everyone cares, from Mike to the Techs to the office staff. I wouldn't go any where else. My whole family uses ProActive on Oracle!

I have nothing but high praise for Pro-Active PT. I have made good progress, The staff works together well. The reception staff are organized and thoughtful. Overall it is an excellent place to receive therapy.

Everyone is professional, pleasant and great to work with. I had put off going to have hand therapy and was extremely pleased with results after only one sessions. I highly recommend ProActive Physical Therapy.
