Physical Therapist Jason worked with my injuries incurred by a car accident. Proven to be very challenging, he armed me with tools to help minimize and control my continued pain. I appreciate his knowledge and efforts and positive re-enforcement to my continued battle. His staff Glenn, Haley, and Jeremiah assisted as well in the effort of my care . They Represent Proactive Physical Therapy in the best possible manner. Although my battle continues I will always be grateful to Jason and his Team for leading me in the right direction with my care. If you have a major injury, surgery, and require short or long term physical therapy, then Proactive Physical Therapy in Vista is the BEST place to go. I suffered from a shoulder injury, started PT with Proactive, then realized that I needed surgery. I’ve had a complete Reverse Shoulder Replacement and Tiffany at Proactive helped me to regain my range of motion. It’s been almost a year and now Tiffany, Mike, and the staff at the Vista location are working hard to help me regain my strength. This group of professionals work hard as a team to monitor your recovery, engage you in multifaceted workouts to improve your health, and all of them are incredibly kind. I am grateful for everything they have done for me and my shoulder. If you want more of a family atmosphere of caregivers, where everyone supports your recovery and makes you feel more like family than a client; you must go to Proactive Physical Therapy in Vista. I can truly say with all honesty that the entire staff was such a pleasure to be around while going through the tough physical therapy exercises. Glenn (My Physical Therapist) and I had so much fun laughing and joking while doing the stretches and exercises. I always looked forward to my appointments! Thank you guys!

Outstanding staff; professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and competent. The staff perfectly embodies the business name, “Proactive”. The facility is squeaky clean and orderly. The environment is safe and disarming. The staff knows the first names of its clients, and treats everyone with respect and dignity. Within the staff there is a demonstrative passion for their craft - and they are tremendously qualified. There is a true and sincere comaraderie exercised amongst the staff. Great place to repair the body!
