ProActive Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine: Carlsbad

Occupational Therapist gets 5 stars but the physical therapists get 1 star especially Bill. He will explain the lein process to you at every appointment whether you want him to or not. Super hard to get appointments in a timely manner and they don't explain anything. It's great if you want self service therapy. Turnover with staff is very high.

The whole staff is super welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They listen, they care, they want you to get and feel better. While receiving PT, you are also with friends. They remember you upon your first return visit. I love working with Anton, Sergio, Josh, Taylor, Mitch, and all the rest of the staff. And better you will feel.

I did a number to my lower back a few months ago, and Carol was a godsend. When I first saw Carol I was barely able to stand straight, let alone continue with my usual activities. Carol was patient and persistent and ultimately helped to get me back to doing what I loved pain free. Thank you, Carol!

Everyone has been very kind and helpful here, and they are doing an excellent job in helping me regain full use of my right arm after a fractured elbow and partially torn tendon. In just 4.5 weeks I went from having perhaps 30-50% function in my arm to 85-90% and I still have a few visits left. I especially want to thank Carol and Enzo whom I have worked with the most, but everyone there is great!

ProActive took such great care of my daughter and I. We were in a crazy car accident and in such a rough place when we walked in. Today was our last day of PT & let me tell you - I’m a different person walking out of here than I walked in!! Felt so cared for the entire time!! Best staff ever!! Dr. Bill, Anton, Chris, Hanson, Angelica, and so many more. This is literally the best place to ever go for PT!!

ProActive PT in Carlsbad was a fantastic experience. I had bilateral knee replacements in November and with the help of Bill, Anton and Carol, I’ve made it back to playing pickleball 4-5 days a week. The entire staff is professional and caring. They listen to your needs and push you to obtain your goals. I would highly recommend to everyone needing PT.
