Every visit to Proactive clinic is like a spa day! Mary greets you with a warm smile and a sincere hello. They are genuinely happy to see you!! After you change into your gown (top only) Mary makes sure that you are comfortable and ready for an adjustment by applying electrical stimulation to your muscles as well as lovely heat. As you rest, your body is preparing for the wonderful yet affective massage that Dr Diba gives before he gently manipulates your back. I always walk away feeling invigorated and aligned. I am very happy I came across Dr. Diba. I was nervous at first as it was my first time seeing a chiropractor and i am very petite. However, after some visits for my shoulder and neck, I am very happy with the results. I've had extreme tension on my shoulders and neck for 6 months and after a few sessions, my neck and shoulders are finally feeling loose and normal again. Dr. Diba is wonderful. I struggle with neck pain and find it difficult to find a chiropractor who will give me the treatment I really need, which is more than just a quick adjustment. Dr. Diba used electric stimulation to loosen my muscles, then did extensive deep tissue massage, and then did my adjustment, which felt so nice and easy after he did all the work to loosen it up beforehand. Highly recommend!

Dr. Diba is absolutely amazing! His hands are magical. He saved my neck! I woke up with the most excruciating neck pain one morning and looked up a chiro in my area. Not only do they have incredible skills but also they really care and I always feel that I’m not just a patient. My whole family have been going to Proactive Chiropractic & Sports Medicine for approximately 3 years and by having the Chiropractic care and massage therapy on my lower and upper back have improved dramatically. One of my main problems is that I have scoliosis and often times my lower back hurts. Dr. Diba treats our whole family, and it is the first place we go if one of us is not feeling exceptional.
