Professional, very caring clinicians! Scheduling was very easy and they put you on a wait list to get you in as soon as possible. They work to make sure you get all your appointments in during the time frame the insurance company requires. Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly and knowledge ble in what they do. They give a complete schedule of all your appointments and if needed they will call with any cancelations. MD is very good in my estimation. They send a text reminding you of your appointment.They are very professional .

I went through double knee replacement, and Pro Vita in Crestview, Florida was the therapy that was chosen. There are two staff members there by the name of Alex and Mary that helped me through my therapy. All I can say is they are great and help me achieve my goals. They come highly recommended from me.

I use the Crestview location and the entire staff is great. Every time I go for therapy I feel like I'm family. You can tell that they actually care and enjoy helping people. I would and do recommend them to anyone that needs treatment. They are great at what they do and helped drastically with my rotator injuries.

This was my first experience with Physical Therapy and I was pleasantly surprised with what I got out of it. The environment was fun, everyone in the room was talking but it didn’t interfere with the treatment at all. I went home with a better sense of what I need to do to get better.
