I'm most appreciative of Joel McGinnis for the excellent care after my hand surgery. I had heard Joel McGinnis was the best & my surgeon wanted a certified hand specialist...Joel was the man! He has this most excellent reputation for a reason!

Best physical therapists I have ever encountered. They care 100% about your recovery. I would have given up by now if not for them being attentive to my needs. I won't go to any other physical therapists. No shit.

I had 0 hope for feeling ANY BETTER, after the issues with the wrong Dr. After I was finally sent to the right Orthopedic, he suggested PTS, which is where the best Dr.'s refer their patients,because they're serious about your recovery and making you feel hopeful again. He wasn't wrong,and he helped change my whole outlook,by referring me here. From the first day until my current, I am already feeling better and have a positive outlook now, and will fight to get back to the person I was,before I let my injury define me. Going to doctor appointments gives me extreme anxiety. But, the therapist that was assigned to my case, was caring. She was not pushy at all and she genuinely listed to me. She was also very informative. I can’t speak for the rest of the staff’s bedside manner. But, everyone else seemed to be nice. I’m happy with the service and treatment that I received.
