Pro Staff Physical Therapy - Rockaway, NJ

I had a shoulder repair surgery done, and chose Pro Staff to aid me with my recovery. I feel that I have made the best decision possible in choosing them because I have received nothing but the best service from the physical therapists. Andrew and Janette were very attentive with me and I am thankful for all their efforts in assisting me. I have made an incredible recovery thanks to them. The front desk ladies Kate and Melissa were very helpful when it came to scheduling and any questions I had. The cherry on top were the aids who assisted me each session in making sure I was covering my whole exercise routine and reminding me whenever I needed it. Truly a great team that makes you feel like you’re a part of a caring family!

I love this place! Kate and Melissa at the front desk are the best! -always so friendly and go out of their way to make scheduling easy even with my crazy mom schedule. Janette and Drew are amazing therapists-super knowledgeable and attentive. And a shout out to both Sebastian's and Marcel-PT aids for providing excellent support. The facility is clean and welcoming-highly recommend

I have been bringing both of my parents to Pro-Staff since 2020 and they have been exceptional in their level of care, professionalism, and results. My father (who was bedridden for a year) is now up and walking thanks to Drew, Janette, and the rest of the therapists. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, they are personable and make you feel comfortable at every visit. Mel and the office staff are always friendly and ready to make sure everything is settled in terms of insurance. It really is like a family! I 100% recommend any patient in need of physical therapy to check them out.

Absolutely LOVE all of the staff here!! Everyone is truly caring and personable, they make it very enjoyable and fun!! The therapists are top notch, they're great, extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and they're always on time with appointments, the therapy assistants are always very helpful and attentive, and the front office staff is wonderful too, they will try their best to accommodate any scheduling requests, and they take care of/work with your insurance, so no hassles to worry about with that!! All in all, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rockaway Pro Staff Physical Therapy!!

This has been a good experience mostly because of the people at Pro-Staff. Kate and Melissa at the front desk are very cordial and helpful. The trainers Drew, Jeanette, Richie and Brian know how to motivate and get the best out of you. The trainers' assistants, Marcel and Sienna are always around to help and answer questions. I feel like I've made a lot of progress in the short time I've spent here. I highly recommend Pro-Staff for any physical therapy needs.

I came to Pro staff PT with severe elbow pain. Everyone is professional and the therapist are excellent. Front desk is always able to help with appointments and authorizations. The office is clean and organized. My Therapist Janette is very knowledgeable and caring.

The staff has time and time again gone above and beyond the call of duty. Drew, Melissa, Sebastian and all over staff at this location as sincerely kind and caring. From someone who has dealt with extreme chronic back pain since 2018, I have never felt better since i became a patient of theirs. They have been my therapist since I have a lower lumbar fusion back in February of this year. I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending anyone else, other than them!! Truly life changing experience. 10/10 would PT there again.

The team at ProStaff Physical Therapy is fantastic. All of the physical therapists are caring and knowledgeable. Drew has helped me progress when I didn’t think I could or would. I have a particularly difficult diagnosis and I have felt supported to get to the next milestone the whole time. The support staff is extremely caring as well. Melissa is kind and understanding. Janette and Richie helped me so much too. The team all works together as a cohesive unit. I highly recommend ProStaff PT.
