Doctor Erin Lang my Physical Therapist is the best. She helped me get strength in my two knees and right hip which I have Arthritis in all of them. Walking for me is much easier all the Personal in Pro Staff Physical Therapy are very helpful and friendly I thank all of them. A special Thank You to my Therapist Doctor Erin Lang she is the best. Good physical therapy location. The staff is friendly when accommodating your scheduling needs, and polite should you need to call for information or a reschedule. They also don’t rush you when it comes to deciding times which is a definite positive. Should you need to call in the hold times were negligible, I believe in the three times I called I was on hold for a combined total of 15 seconds. The therapy staff is knowledgeable and they will develop a circuit to what helps you improve your injury. Todd worked with me and he was very polite making sure to keep tabs when he introduced a new motion. He was tweaked and changed the routine when an addition was necessary to keep strengthening my wrist. Also, when he was off the substitute therapist assigned to me took the same amount of care and concern as if I was her own patient. At the end of each session there was a cool down period where the area would be worked on and iced after the exercises.

I used Pro Staff after my total shoulder replacement and had the pleasure of getting Erin as my therapist. She was positive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. As was the entire staff at Pro Staff. I highly recommend anyone that needs PT to use them.

I worked with Jaclyn for about 7 months on a shoulder injury and my experience was fantastic! Jaclyn knew that weightlifting is important to me and she designed my program perfectly to meet my needs. I feel better than ever and am back to my normal lifting routine. The entire team at Pro Staff was amazing. I will definitely miss seeing them all! Highly recommend!

Let me just start by saying if you intend to go to this place and you weren't involved in an accident, make sure you call your insurance first and see what they will cover before going. I was told I would only have to pay $20 a visit for the entire amount of visits. After going 8 times with no sign of relief, I canceled the rest of my appointments because stretching oversized rubber bands is not going to improve anything. Well low in behold I get a Bill for $375.00 because I was told my deductible wasn't met. I told their staff I would only be interested if I only had to pay $20 a visit and by the way that's actually a waste of money too for the treatment you get. When I called their billing to complain I was told the manager would reach out to me but never called. I don't give reviews but maybe someone that reads this will not get hosed like me!!!

Came in here not being able to walk and left 6 months later feeling normal again after a torn achilles. Todd was great with me throughout the entire process. I felt motivated throughout, and always looked forward to my appointments. The entire staff here was amazing, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of physical therapy!

Pro Staff PT was a great experience all around. Everyone was great and so friendly from the receptionists to the PT staff. Jaclyn was attentive and always adapting to make sure I was on track on the road to recovery. I highly recommend Pro Staff.
