Farzad was knowledgeable, friendly, and effective! This was a more intense intervention rather than a gentle/relaxing massage, but that was exactly what I wanted and needed. Also lots of good tips on follow-up work for both immediate recovery and long-term prevention of re-injury.
I called Pro Sports Recovery the other day twice and nobody answered my call but shortly I received this text message, "Good afternoon this is Pro Sports Recovery. How can we help" so I sent a detailed messaged about what I was looking for and that I was hoping to get a little insight about the services they offer, no response. I was looking to patronize this business and they ghosted me. Not sure what kind of business they are running but ghosting a potential customer is unreal and highly unprofessional.
Had a great experience with Farzad. Went in feeling stiff and he was able to pinpoint where I needed work done. Left feeling much better!
