Great place and has friendly staff, I got prescription for brace and I didn't hear from them since the 05/03 no updates or follow up.

Worst accounting skills I have ever seem they took 3 months to file the Medicare claim this was after I kept calling them we paid upfront the total amount due was told we would receive reimbursement from Medicare for half the amount paid we never received any money today we got a letter saying we are going to be turned over to collection agency WE WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN ALSO TOLD OUR DOCTOR THIS IS A COMPANY NOT TO RECOMMEND TO ANYMORE PATIENTS LIKE SHE DID US these people was paid in full before we even got the shoes we have all the receipts. Finally received payment after 4 months which is unacceptable but please note shoes are excellent husband is finally able to get around service was good but still accounting department was awful
