Pro Active Rehab Inc

On my last visit I was left alone in a treatment room. I knew what my next set of exercises were so I worked ahead until I got to the point I couldn't move on without help. I sat on the cot for another 15 minutes waiting for help. When none came I picked up my cane and left. Now I'm receiving bills from them for treatments. On the very first day I went in I asked what my insurance would cover and how much I would owe. I was told my insurance would cover it and all I would owe was my copay, which I paid every visit. They are arguing with me now but I'm done with them. I will pay the bill and never return.

Dan and Rick are great therapist. I have referred to them as an Internal Medicine physician for many years.

Amazing staff!! Helpful and interested in patients lives.
