Pro Active Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine - Southglenn

This is BY FAR, the BEST physical therapy place I've ever gone to. And just to be clear, I am referring to the Pro Active PT in Centennial, across from the Streets of Southglenn (as there are several locations). I am currently in therapy for a complete knee replacement that was done Oct 7th of this year. I'm already riding a bike, leg pressing 100lbs and bending my knee to 120 degrees! I know everybody heals differently, but there's NO WAY I would have been able to do these things at 7 weeks post op if it wasn't for the amazing team at Pro Active. I have been to several different PT places in the last 20 years and not ONE of them comes close to the quality and competency of Pro Active. Truly. They have excellent patient continuity. And for the few times that I have seen one of the other therapists, they knew every aspect of my situation, I didn't have to "fill them in" or update them on anything. The entire staff (therapists, assistants, etc) is exceptional. They're ALL very patient and kind, listening to your concerns and answering any questions you may have. I will be using Pro Active Physical Therapy for all my PT needs from here on out!

The guys at Pro Active should be commended for their professionalism, incredible service and positive attitudes! You feel welcomed the minute you walk in the door! Cody carefully listened to my injury symptoms and pain points. He designed a program that addressed the issues and brought about significant pain relief! He's extremely diligent in his work. Andrew also stepped in to provide needling as a part of my treatment. Josh and Brock supported the completion of exercises during different sessions. Overall, the team at Pro Active is definitely one you can trust with your physical therapy needs! Thanks guys!

I have been spending the last several months for therapy with Cody. He has been terrifice a long with the staff including Devon. I have lived with a sore lower back and I'm feeling so much better for years!! I would recommend Cody and the staff for any one looking for physicial therapy. Bob Curtis

Cody was a great therapist and was very patient. My knee is 100% healed and I have him and this facility to thank for that. I know God led me to this place for a reason. I would recommend it to anyone!

I had a total knee replacement and had to be on pain killers, to get through my healing process. I also had to start doing PT to get my knee mobile. I started going to pro Active PT. I would highly recommend this location. All of the guys in this PT location have been awesome! They know their business. They have gotten my knee to progress rapidly. Plus they are all genuinely very nice guys. If I had to have more PT, I would definitely go back to this location.

Absolutely wonderful place to be for Physical Therapy. Upbeat therapists are knowledgeable , well trained, very friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions and concerns and set out a plan that is made just for me. I would recommend to anyone needing to start a PT program or to just loosen up a bit. They will definitely help you work out all the kinks
