Pro Active Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine - Greenwood Village

I was in Colorado for 3 months and as soon as I arrived from California I had extreme back and hip pain from bulging disks and bursitis. I was recommended to go here for PT and the minute I walked in the door I was welcomed by Katie as if she had known me for a long time. Felt at home right away and was treated for 3 months by owner/mgr Tyler and also Brock who helped me for a couple of those weeks! Adam and Amanda were awesome as PT aids and I left to go back home so much healthier and they educated me how to implement these exercises into my daily lifestyle. Great staff, healthy happy environment all under great leadership! Best PT I’ve ever had!

Appointments are always on time. The staff is efficient and friendly. My PT, Mike Kearns, has been so helpful getting my leg strength back. He is always encouraging, and his exercise routine has been easy to follow. He has always encouraged me to feel free to call him if I have any questions between appointments.

I’ve been to Pro Active for knee replacement therapy, and now for a back problem for which I’m hoping to avoid surgery - so far it’s been successful. Both experiences were great. The physical therapists were excellent at the hands on work as well as directing my exercises. Everyone here is professional and friendly.

I was looking for a PT that focuses on sports, and I found a winner here at Pro Active! The team is knowledgeable, kind, and fun to be around. PT is never fun, but the team at Pro Active makes it worthwhile. I've noticed an improvement in a matter of weeks.

I was incredibly disappointed by my experience at this location. The company's website clearly advertises a free consultation — a ten-minute session with a therapist to determine if physical therapy is right for you. I called two locations this morning, including the Greenwood Athletic Club. While the other location confirmed they offered the consultation, Greenwood claimed they did not. However, as a previous patient, I felt more comfortable with Greenwood and managed to schedule the free consultation anyway. Upon arriving at my appointment, the clinic's atmosphere was unwelcoming. I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled time, and no staff member attempted to assist me. Approaching the 20-minute mark, I overheard employees behind the desk mocking my request for the clearly advertised free consultation. This was highly unprofessional, prompting me to leave the facility. Employees should familiarize themselves with the services their company offers to avoid such misunderstandings. I will not be taking my business here again.

I cannot recommend the team at ProActive PT enough. As an individual with chronic sports injuries, they have worked with me on multiple parts of my body. They are very knowledgeable, thorough, kind and professional. I’ve been seen by multiple providers and would recommend any one of them. If you want quick results that last, this is the place to come.
