Pro Active Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine - Eaton

When you first walk in, your greeted with a smile and a warm greeting from Stephanie at the front desk. I generally work with Amy and Allen for my PT, Amy is very attentive and works on the areas that need it most, she explains what shes doing, so one has a better understanding of what the body needs/requires. Allen is very compassionate and also explains the things thoroughly. I highly recommend this facility.

Proactive has helped me tremendously after I broke my shoulder. Darrel, the PT, is awesome, & Amy, Morgan & Alan do a great job of making exercising a sore shoulder fun! Steph at the front desk is wonderful also. I’ve gotten excellent care & highly recommend!

I have been going to Pro Active due to a knee problem and they are great. It is getting better every week, and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of any type of physical therapy.

I felt good after each PT appointment. Steven explains the reason for each exercise. Also, he answered all of my questions.

Therapists at Pro-Active have just been excellent for both me and my son. Troy has been spot on assessing and executing plans that truly help but without any ‘harm’ by pushing too hard or too fast. Have experienced that at several other places. Range of equipment and tools is great too, and we consistently leave a session knowing there was progress.

A ramp near the front entrance would be great. A lot of the clients could use it. Everyone is great, patient and helpful. Ellie has been my PT person during Knee replacement Therapy and has been very helpful with the PT and answering our questions and setting goals that help us understand this process. Thank you all! They do need to get a ramp near the main entrance....ask any of the first week Knee surgery clients (I'm sure others would like one as well).

The staff here is amazing, so helpful and they really listen to my needs and concerns. They honestly care about my health and well-being and focus on my ankle recovery. If you need PT this is the place to go!

Everyone there is awesome and very helpful. I have have had many physical therapy appointments with them and they are always great. Troy and Ellie are very caring and understanding. They are good listeners and care about you!! They have good helpers that are learning the ropes.
