The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Victoria was phenomenal and listened to my concerns to help ensure I was making progress towards healing my injury. Q was also always helpful when I had questions. Overall, it was a great experience for having physical therapy.

Treatment has been modified to my specific needs. Staff is attentive, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They were able to provide blood restrictive therapy prescribed by my doctor.

Unfortunately I have had some serious Neck and back issues. I had been to other physical Therapy places. and I can say hands-down that Proactive physical therapy is absolutely the best I take my PT very seriously. They have some of the most qualified physical therapist@ Proactive physical therapy !! Andrea, Rachel, Quinton, and the rest of the PT and PT assistance are absolutely fantastic and they’re always ready to help you and push you harder. They keep very good records of where you are and what you should be doing during the course of your therapy treatments and you can just take it from there as hard as you want to. They’re very encouraging and very nice ! and shout out to to Leonie at the front desk who does more than just check you in !! all around have to get give 5 stars! I’ve had nothing but great experiences and I hope to continue going there .

I have been to a number of Physical Therapist in my life and the experience that I have had at Pro Active is at the top of My list. The entire staff makes You feel that You are important and are concerned about your well-being and progress . From the minute You walk in the door you are greeted with a positive welcome from the entire staff. They work together in a very comfortable environment ensuring You get the best possible treatment. Rachel goes above and beyond with her efforts to assist one’s journey to being the best. She is very knowledgeable and helpful in teaching You what to do to help get better. I feel that the entire staff is there to pull you through some tough times and are all cheering You on. I would recommend pro Active to anyone needing physical therapy. When I finish this journey, if I find myself needing more therapy I will always pick Pro Active!! They certainly live up to their name.

Andrea and the entire team at Pro Active have been incredible to work with. My 10 yr old daughter required PT on her knee and LOVES coming to her appointments. They really took the time to thoroughly assess her condition, understand our goals and created a personalized treatment plan that is manageable- even for an 10 yr old! Everyone we work with is extremely knowledgeable, warm and caring. You can tell that this office takes pride in maintaining a comfortable and professional environment for their patients. Our experience has been fantastic and we are immensely grateful for the care that we have received here!

Andrea and her staff are the best physical therapists I've ever worked with. The office is always welcoming. It's clean and the materials are always in good repair and ready to use. The therapists are professional and although I need long-term care they are providing excellent care and a thoughtful plan for my specific needs.

Andrea and team are incredible therapists!! I lost all use of my arm because of an autoimmune condition. I was scared, in pain and Andrea listened to me, my concerns and worked with me on a plan to a full recovery. Her compassion, encouragement and skill is remarkable.
