PRN Physical Therapy - Escondido

A great facility with friendly, knowledgeable staff and an efficient system when it comes to setting up appointments. I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now for physical therapy on my shoulder after having surgery. So far I’ve made excellent progress and it’s been a great experience working with the staff as they help me in making a full recovery. With my shoulder injury, I was a little apprehensive with going through physical therapy, but PRN has made it a smooth, productive process. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for physical therapy, and I’m glad I started going here!

Rob, Tiffany and Alyssa at PRN Physical Therapy are amazing. They have helped me regain my mobility after a neck injury and have given me a lot of good stretches and exercises to do at home. My regimen changes based on how I am doing that week and not just doing the same exact thing every visit. They're attentive and listen when you ask questions or voice concerns. I highly recommend their services if you are in need of PT.

Had such a wonderful experience coming here for my chronic knee pain. Tiffany is amazing as well as the whole team. She taught me so much and provided valuable resources to continue using after my physical therapy sessions. These tools will help me prevent the pain from returning for good. I love PRN physical therapy, from the receptionist Nicole who is always welcoming with her smile and helpful with making your schedule to the therapists Rob and Tiffany who really know what they are doing. I have had some challenges with my therapy since I was recovering from bilateral ankle surgery and not even 6 months into therapy I had a horrible fall broke my hip, femur and pelvis and I am 4/12 months into therapy again and I am doing great all to them and their assistant Alyssa is so helpful as well. People will do great to come here!!!

Robert “Rob” Tendick, Lead Physical Therapist at PRN Escondido, was assigned to me by my insurance company following my total right shoulder replacement. I had my first session with Rob just two days after surgery, and I was impressed by his knowledge, skill and compassionate approach. Rob gently and expertly manipulated my arm, which gave me a lot of confidence in my recovery. His calm and supportive demeanor made a world of difference to me. Rob sent me home after each visit with a list of exercises. The facility is clean, well organized and provides a comfortable environment for treatment. I continue to receive therapy from Rob and his encouragement keeps me motivated to stay consistent with my exercises. I highly recommend PRN Physical Rehabilitation and Rob Tendick to anyone in need of physical therapy. This is the best place I have ever attended for physical theraphy.

Ove the years, I’ve been in different PT care, but until now, nobody has helped me to grow stronger and reduce my pain. Rob & team are knowledgeable, offers a variety of options for care adequate to each condition. I am very grateful for the improvement of the quality of my life.
