Priority Urgent Care Unionville, CT

After coughing and trying to make it better for weeks I decided I needed to have my lungs listened to before returning to work after the holidays. Appointment scheduling could not have been easier, but walking in the front door I was greeted with a male that was as miserable as they come. A woman then came and pleasantly finished checking me in thankfully.  That same male then walked me to my room and without any emotion or eye contact asked a few generic questions about why I was there. I assume he must have a terrible life with how I was treated. Thankfully the Dr. that entered the room was wonderful and heard my concerns, listened to me and prescribed an antibiotic. I would recommend over and over again!

I had a great experience visiting my neighborhood Urgent Care Facility. I arrived on a Holiday Weekend and even though the staff stated it had been a very busy day , I was seen quickly and efficiently. Everyone was extremely pleasant. Employees from the front desk staff to the MA , to the PA are all very professional. I highly recommend Priority Urgent Care Unionville CT Location.

I had no appointment, but I was seen quickly though there were several other people in the waiting room. Everyone who was working that day was friendly and helpful. The PA called in a prescription, and I was better in a couple of days.

I needed a DOT Physical ASAP and found Priority Urgent Care in an online search. I must say, the whole experience was awesome. From booking my appointment online to the provider seeing me, everything was fast and efficient. The receptionist, nurse, and provider were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Priority Urgent Care, they’re awesome.

I had a car full of groceries, and then found out cup at the end of my hearing aid was lodged in my ear! I had to go to the walk-in clinic to have it removed. They took me in pretty quickly. I was in and out within 40 minutes! Great job, thank you so much! 😊

I scheduled an appointment at the last minute after having a worsening earache for a few days. I was able to get in right away, without a wait, and get the treatment I needed in less than an hour. It is also conveniently located near a CVS, I had to get an over the counter medication and just ran over there after my appointment.

Went in for a laceration to my finger and Katie did a great job cleaning and stitching me up. The online registration process could be a little better. It asks redundant questions and the insurance card and ID uploas part didn't work well. The patient care aspect went very well.

The doctor's and staff here are completely unprofessional! Dr Scott Nelson refused to answer my medical related questions simply because I didn't have a mask on. Not to mention he was not wearing one himself. When asked why I needed to have one on he said it was policy of this location....meanwhile I saw other patients walking in and out without facial coverage. When I tried asking him why it was policy he just reiterated that it was policy. He then refused to treat me on the basis that I wasn't wearing a mask. Totally unprofessional, and very unethical. Do do not come here for treatment!!
