Love the staff here. They're very caring and attentive. Scheduling is easy, check in is easy. But not closing in inclimate weather is a clear indication that safety and well-being is secondary to leadership. How are you going to operate a physical rehabilitation clinic and force patients to navigate icy conditions to get there. Both at their own homes as well as in your parking lot. That icy slush there today almost got me good and my mobility is pretty good... for now I guess. Maybe delay your opening, close, or use discretion to ease up on the cancelation policy.

I absolutely love this out patient rehab facility. I've been going 2 a week for about 9 months now. The staff is amazing and the equipment they have is great.
