Prime Rehab Center Physical Therapy

The front desk clerk is really nice. She was always smiling and helped me with my doubts. Actually she call me before my appointment to let me know I have some forms I needed to fill out before my therapy. Everyone here is really nice and helpful.

On behalf of family member: review of Prime Rehab in Ontario. I go to this location for physical therapy. I am given tips on how to continue exercises at home as well. Everybody in the office is friendly. Very nice people. They listen to my needs. The therapists do an amazing job. My experience with the massage was like a miracle because I had so much pain when I came in. Since the first day I felt so happy to come here. The therapists are professional. The staff is professional, the office people are great. I would recommend and would go back

I've been to a lot of physical therapy offices, and this is one of the best. The level of care and expertise is high. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with. The therapists know what they're talking about-- listen to them lol! If you have a choice, this is a great place to rehab!

The level of customer service is superlative! Their interest in your daily comfort level and ability to function in your everyday activities is a srivfocus in their care. Of course, you only get as much as you put in: do your home exercises! Everyone from Jeannette and Nora in the front office to Stella, J, and Patrick doing the actual PT are so nice and personable. It's a well-run office with a positive, upbeat, encouraging mood. You always look forward to going, and feel better when you leave. Highly recommend!

The staff are wonderful and very accommodating when i was late to appointments; i was never pushed beyond my limits and made a lot of progress in my goals! Wonderful experience overall

My dad has been doing physical therapy at this place around 2 years now, it’s such a great place. All the stuff are super friendly here, front desk ladies always greeting with smiles and the therapist are super professional and helpful. My dad love this little spot, very comfy and feel relaxed here. Strongly recommended
