Best place for all your physical therapy needs. Convenient location in downtown Fontana near my work and home. Professional and awesome receptionists (medical assistants) don’t wish to offend anyone. Awesome therapist, very respectful and cheerful. Every visit is encouraging and never disappointed. They work me through even on days that I feel so much pain but leave feeling better and relaxed. Clean environment and great music. 💯 % of awesomeness ☺️

Prime rehab is by far the best physical therapy center you could visit. I have a work injury and have been to 3 different places and now I will not go anywhere else. Solid place for physical therapy. Receptionist are very attentive every time I assist. In addition, when therapy is being done each team member is very courteous ensuring ones needs are met. Moreover, feedback and suggestions are given in an effort to keep improving.

Easy to make an appointment. The map said 6 miles from my house. 40 minutes later, I finally arrived. It was all street driving stop and go. Reception was friendly. The photos must be old. It was dark and empty. I didn't feel comfortable giving them so much medical information. It's a back issue. Some of the questions have nothing to do with my back. I didn't like the fact that they were going to let students do the therapy. There are too many unnecessary intrusive questions on the paperwork.

I love Prime Rehab. The ladies at the front desk are simply amazing and always happy. OT ladies are very awesome and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Prime Rehab. Thank you all for your time and energy, patience 😃🫶🏽

Jose is a fantastic therapist! He is pleasant and always professional. He takes time to explain what and why the exercises are for. Helps me to understand the therapy and healing process. And I am feeling better!
