Primary Spine & Rehab

Dr Sadowski abd his staff helped me so much, when I changed PCs I couldn’t find any one to update my records for being out of work and they got right on it They can be overwhelmed at times, probably because I know my visits always run over, but, I feel they are very compassionate. Their pt, is also very caring , and, I’m complicated , they use care when doing back work as I have neck problems. Bottom line, everyone there is completely compassionate. Kristina and Ananda, always help ensure my paperwork is up to date. I tend to run late, and they’re very good to me

PS&R has been a great choice for my spinal care. Amanda manages the patient flow with efficiency and professionalism. The PT's (all of them!) have helped me manage my pain as best I can through comprehensive patient education, practice, and kind support. Dr. Green is a fantastic Chiropractor. He is patient with me, answering my ongoing "how and why" questions that I have about any given spinal issue flaring up. The weekly adjustments help immensely to relieve or reduce my chronic pain. This well oiled, well managed multi disciplinary practice is one I have recommended to others in the community and will continue to do so!

So went in for an appointment with Doctor Sadowski after an initial visit with Dr. Green (Chiropractor). This was to review findings of my x-rays. After about 10 minutes in the exam room my phone rang wanting to know where I was. Ummm, in your exam room! This in itself could be a simple.mistake but it only got worse. After my intake information... I waited in the room for 50 minutes. I finally went out and explained I would be leaving to seek treatment elsewhere. The ladies at the front desk were apologetic and one, who appeared to be leaving for the day, appeared to mumble under her mask, oh my God. I was told to hold on as they checked with Dr. Sadowski. They then explained he really wanted to see me as there were "significant findings". I waited longer and finally met with him. Needless to say he was not remotely apologetic for the almost 60 minute delay. He gave, in my opinion, extremely insincere apology at the end. "Of yeah, sorry for running a little late." I can't say why they were an hour behind as nobody really explained it to me. As I left they acted like everything was fine and nobody had anything else to say except ....to schedule me for my next visits.

Dr. Green is a miracle worker for chiropractic care and Jen M. is wonderful for physical therapy. I highly recommend Primary Spine and Rehab!

All of the Doctors and staff here are amazing. They help me remain active and able to continue my pursuits. From weekly adjustments to therapy and comprehensive spine treatment , it is all right here

The office staff is horrible, and hung up on me twice- 2 different people. Kevin, the Dr/ or nurse, is good but his office staff need lessons on client services
