I took my 3-year-old son here for speech therapy for a stutter in August. They explained the therapy is mainly parent-coaching at this age. After a few weeks, I didn’t feel like I was being trained or supported enough to know what I was doing, so I switched to a different practice. I received the bills this week and was shocked at the pricing. They charge $385 per one hour session. Since I’ve been researching other speech pathologists, I can say this is extremely overpriced. Another therapist in the valley who actually specializes in stuttering costs $100 per hour. I have done a lot of mental health therapy for myself in the past three years, and I have never even paid $250/hour. Their pricing is so outside the norm, it feels dishonest to me. I’m so glad I switched practices when I did because not only is my son receiving better care, I would not have been able to pay for services here.

My son went in for Torticolis. Our therapist, Scott Bentley was a baby whisperer! He was so sweet and my son absolutely loved him. My baby boy doesn't warm up to people he just meets but he put his head right on Scott's shoulder. 😍 Scott has such a sweet countenance that I bet all babies are just mesmerized by his loving expressions and positive attitude. He knew the disorder inside and out and was very thorough! He explained everything he was doing with him while he was doing it. Scott got right down on the floor with him and was so so gentle. We had huge success at this location

Fantastic therapists and wonderful office staff. It is a little hard to get on the schedule at first, but once things get started the process is smooth. There are good options for payment if your insurance won't cooperate, so far it hasn't been a problem for my two kids but I appreciate how upfront all of the staff are with regards to billing. The most important thing is that my children love to come for their therapies, and because of that they are both thriving.

Great place to work with. My daughter is extremely complex with Dup15q Syndrome. She gets PT, OT, Speech and Feeding Therapy. All therapists have been very helpful and I've seen my daughter make great progress. Special shout out to Kimberly. She's amazing.

We had an unpleasant experience here. We were referred to this office for our infants torticollis (tight neck muscle) and subsequent flat spot of head (plagiocephaly). Not only did the initial doctor (Scott) wrongly measure the Plagiocephaly in both visits, we were charged $600 for "Diagnosis" and therapies he suggested, like getting your baby to look sideways to loosen the muscle. I am not upset about what insurance covered/didnt - I am upset that they feel it is reasonable to take incorrect measurements (measurements that would have negated need for PT), suggest a few exercises that could be seen on a single piece of paper, and charge over $600 for a single visit... it is the pinnacle of corruption in our medical system, spare yourself the $$ and go to YouTube.. these "doctors" think their exercises are made of gold

I spent hours on the phone with my insurance and this rehabilitation center to ensure that the codes they used would work with my insurance only to find out months later that none of them went through insurance because the codes they billed weren't covered with my insurance. I feel like I paid $250 a week to have conner play with a babysitter while I watched. I've literally learned nothing and $2000 later my son has 3 new words... Not worth it. I could've gotten the same results on YouTube tutorials.

Fantastic place! Reception was kind and helpful, and therapist Kristin Brinker was amazing. We are so glad we can take our 5-year-old daughter with autism to a place like this for services.

Update: I called their number and was surprised by how serious they took my concerns. While we’ll never know exactly what my wife heard they believe it was a simple misunderstanding and I believe them. They handled this situation delicately and with lots of care. Thank you.
