Dr Yaftali is by far the best Dr I have ever been to. Her and her team actually care and will sit and listen to your issues and help develop a plan to help you feel better. On top of that i have never had to wait a long period of time if my appointment is 3pm I get seen at 3 pm!

You are only as good as your staff. I’ve seen doctor Paterson 3 times. Two of which his staff called and had to reschedule me. They can’t seem to get it right. Also, the front desk person was supposed to give me physical therapy recommendations. She asked me to wait in the waiting room for her to finish scheduling another patient. She Finished and went on with her work. I waited 25 minutes and finally walked out! Lasty, the doctor had the audacity to ask about my excerise program because my BMI was high. . Really? My BMI is slightly over normal. Both my MD and cardiologist say my BMI is perfect for my age and muscle mass. Won’t be going back.

Dr. Yaftali is amazing. Not only did she cure my multiple sports related injuries, but she also motivated me to follow through with my self care routines. The clinic is clean, professional and everyone is friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Yaftali is very caring and thorough. I have great confidence when talking with her that she understands my issues and takes her time to discuss everything on my mind. I always appreciate her time with me.

Horrible front office service! Since we enter to the office the lady at from was rude. When I asked if there was doctor Maisel office, she didn't respond my question… she said ‘I am busy, wait a minute’ Our appointment was 9:30am, we came 9:10 to fill out all the paperwork. And until 9:50am, we got notified the doctor had cancel all her appointments for the day!! It looks like they knew since Friday but didn’t notify us. Our commute to this office is over an hour but they didn’t bother to let us know :(

Between myself and my kids, we’ve been seen by Dr. Patterson, Rebecca Physician Assistant, Dr. Vandenberg, and Dr. Goldstein. Every time we have been to PCSM, we have received exceptional service, care, bedside manner, AND we get better/heal quickly and completely. We live on the west side but make the drive to the valley because they’re worth it. It’s so refreshing to find an office of providers that actually care about your well being, and don’t order tests and procedures to hike up your bill. I highly recommend this office, every provider we have seen is excellent. Also, we have have been to the office during covid and they're so clean and make sure they don't schedule too many patients at the same time to make sure there is social distancing. You won't be disappointed. Trust me.

I was able to take my son with a broken wrist almost immediately after I called. My son got an X-ray and they put a cast right after seeing the Doctor. Excellent staff, excellent Doctors. Highly recommended.

I have been traveling from Thousand Oaks to Dr. Patterson’s office in Tarzana for many years now. Why would I make the commute? Because there is no one better for sports medicine and orthopedics in the whole San Fernando Valley! My family and I have been seen and treated by all the providers at the office, they are all equally excellent. For me, He couldn’t have chose a better location to open up a second office, just a few minutes drive from me now! You are under the best care at PCSM, trust me, I wouldn’t have driven so far to see him and his affiliates otherwise!!
