Facility is amazing, the staff and managers are tremendous, they truly go above and beyond for their residents and families! So grateful to have such a great facility so close to home!

My loved one is in this facility and he loves it there!!I am very pleased with the care they give him!! I love all of the staff!!!

I'm really disappointed in this place my ex husband was told he would get a hospital bed and it would be ordered. Well long story short...no bed. Plus they are saying that he has to go see a urologist before he gets physical therapy..he has his own urologist in Lexington. They are giving him the run around and to be honest I don't think they really care...Tammie Whitt

Such a great facility. The workers always had a smile for us and was always willing to help and answer our questions. I love seeing all the activities they do with their residents. They treated us like family. A very clean and caring environment.

It is a Fantastic place for rehab, and a great staff that takes great care of the residents. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. So thankful what they done for me.

Most caring environment. It’s really a home! Always nice when you see the dedication to a company when the majority of the employees have been there for 10, 20 or more years! Speaks volumes! I love this place!!
