Prestige Care Center of Morrison

Extremely disgusting facility filled with numerous state health violations, incompetent leadership with the maturity levels below that of my 5 year old, and fraud schemes. This facility has serious hygiene issues. I visually saw rats and cockroaches roaming freely out in the open and near the kitchen. After talking with some of the employees they talked about how they’re mistreated and overworked, indicating a lack of respect for staff well-being. The management is extremely incompetent. Needs some serious top down refinement and training in ethics and etiquette. Moreover, the facility is owned by a private investment fund who funnels money away from care and into their own pockets. A simple Google search reveals their involvement in federal fines for fraud from one of their other locations, which indicates is likely happening here as well. It's evident that profits are not being reinvested to improve conditions. Another simple Google search brings up all of the state violations from frequent state official visits and their neglect of their residents. Hundreds of thousands within the last few years with many of them being repeat violations and nothing put in place to address these issues. I would put my loved one anywhere but this facility. Residents are not cared for properly and are left to care for themselves.. which has resulted in at least one death from what the employees were telling me. Betting this facility is closed in the next 3-5 years. Absolutely disgusting facility with incompetent management.

It has been very difficult for me to let go of feeling like being a failure, placing my husband in a facility. But I am feeling better as our journey continues because he seems content in Prestige Care Center. Prestige Care Center has been good to him. They make the transition easier for your loved one and family to make that adjustment. He has made new relationships with the staff as well as the other residents. His doctor is wonderful and takes good care of him. I would recommend you do the laundry for your loved one if you are able. Otherwise, make sure your loved one's clothes are labeled. I appreciate all the services and care my husband receives at Prestige Care Center.

I am the new hairstylist this location. After working a few days I can't begin to describe how amazing this place is. The staff truly care about the seniors and do their best to make everyone happy. Thanks to these wonderful people I leave knowing that they are in good care. The seniors are happy and their space is clean. If you are looking for a place for your parents i highly recommend talking to the staff and getting a tour! Special shout out to the head nurses, Kennedy the main director and Shay for helping me make sure each person is happy with my haircuts! I'm so glad I found this place!

Prestige was way above our expectations. I tell everyone about our experience there. The doctors, great nursing and CNAs, admin, PT, OT, all staff are dedicated to making you comfortable, well and safe. You can feel everyone there caring and helping you get strong and totally well. We felt like we belonged right away. They have a special place in their hearts for our Veterans too. Even their food is good. There’s a wonderful atmosphere there. Close to beautiful Red Rocks. It may be an older place but it sure is the best place. I give them 10 stars.

My mother has been in a long-term care facility since 2019. She is in the memory care unit. Prestige Healthcare Management took over the facility on April 5, 2022. I am very satisfied with the care she receives at the facility. She is always neat and clean when I visit her. All of the staff are very open to any questions or concerns I have. I watch the staff interact with my mother. I see them interact with other residents. The interactions are always patient, positive, and caring. They are excellent in keeping me informed regarding any changes in my mother's condition. I believe this is the best place for my mother. I have no concerns regarding her placement.

My father has been a resident Prestige Care Center of Morrison for almost 2 years. The staff is very responsive and caring. The facility is set in such a beautiful location. Immediately after my father moved in he asked for binoculars to view all the trees and wildlife. Thank you Prestige for taking such good care of my dad!

No one likes changes as changes are hard. When Prestige acquired Bear Creek it was a change. During the starting acquisition they were professional, caring snd very cheerful. My husband has been a resident here since 2016. He received the best care from Bear Creek and that care has continued with Prestige. The staff communicates with me with concerns with my husband at all times. I am grateful for the entire staff. Thank you all for all the work you do on a daily basis

Prestige has been a miracle for my family!!! I can’t say enough about how welcoming Kennedy and her team were when we needed them most. Putting our family member into memory care was so super tough. Hardest thing ever. But the nurses were very open with their communication, next steps, set backs, and celebrations. No transition in life goes smoothly, but this team of nurses and staff did all they could to make it work for my family. Thank you!!!
