Well after viewing this establishment… it’s held together with duct tape and bubble gum. It’s filthy on the inside. They lose your cloths for weeks at a time if they return. Continuity of care is a thing of the past. Every time you trust someone with your loved one the management team runs them off. The new management. Not the old management that all quit because of the horrendous. We policies in place. Trash can lids are held down with cinder clocks on the fireplace. Rodents and bugs are everywhere on the inside. It smells horrendous inside. It’s obvious to see how far down the facility went after the previous management left. Nobody is happy here. You can tell by their faces. A woman screams for help constantly to hear a blonde female nurse yell back to shut it. Pills are found scattered around rooms. Wounds are getting out of hand. The only response you’ll receive from the new DON is silence. The other manager runs off scared with her tail between her legs. Nothing will change here.

It could be one of the best! Too bad they are all owners by the same family. Follow the money. Management knows absolutely nothing (LisaMeshell). Floor staff changes every day. Turnover is absolutely horrendous. Nurse Shannon definitely knows how to lie her gluteus fatness off. She has vision problems. Who knows if your loved ones are getting the care they need. Everything they say is a lie. If you have a loved one there dig deeper. If you dislike your family this is the perfect place to store them before they pass away of “natural” causes. Definitely not medication errorsLisa.

The new management has zero communication with eachother. I have recorded phone calls and text messages to prove it. They are rude to their CNAs and we never ever have the proper linens or hygiene products or briefs or wipes to adequately take care of their team. I lost my boyfriend to a horrific tragedy and they fired me because they counted my grief days as call ins instead but instead they expected me to come back to work 6 days after my boyfriend passed and we hadnt even had his service yet. And NO ONE explained that they were days against me until i was fired. At no point did they say they were call ins. Oh and it doesnt matter if you have drs note or excused absences because a call in is a call in. Then when I explain that basically every employee should be fired because 3 absences and you're fired but that's definitely not the case. Discrimination at its finest. The new DON Lisa told me that she isn't there to be sympathetic to me that she has a building to run. Residents don't get changed every two hours, especially on night shift. Their wounds on Residents is beyond normal. The Dr's are never available to talk to the residents because it's such a burden. Grievances be written by staff and residents and they just get disregarded and look the other way. Admin will walk right past call lights and hardly ever help them with what they need. The kitchen is horrible. Asking for an alternative meal for someone is like pulling teeth. They get limited liquids to drink throughout the day and have had a resident escape multiple multiple times with no plan of action besides leaving her isolated in a locked unit. This is the absolute worst place I have ever worked at. Hands down. I've put in 60-72 hours a week at this job and I can't even take 3 weeks to grieve and get my life put back together. Who wants to work for a company with ZERO passion????? I sure don't. I'll be filing discrimination complaint as soon as I see the other people that have same attendance issues not get fired. Email me. Reach out to me. I have hundreds on screenshots to prove everything i hands said.

I personally have worked with many of the staff at Prestige and can confidently say they are some of the best caregivers I have ever met!

Great facility for our staff. They work hard on creating a positive community for the residents, families and team members!
