The team at PS&M is awesome! They've helped me stay healthy and active for two years now. I had the opportunity to work with Chris and Nikki, whom I would 100% recommend. The entire staff is very friendly and genuinely cares about their patients' well-being and speedy recovery.

First visit. Came from an orthopedic surgeon referral in regards to pre surgery knee rehabbing. Trainer Jessica made an excellent assessment with her assistant following up proficiently on introducing the exercises. I’ve heard such good things about Presidio Sport & Medicine over the years and finally decided to go for my own overuse injury. Lily was great! She did a thorough diagnosis and came up with a treatment plan/set of exercises for me.

Dr. Nikki at Presidio Sport and Medicine helped me to reclaim my life as an endurance runner and active mom of 3 after a very frustrating chronic hip injury. I had already done 6 months of PT elsewhere with no improvement, but Nikki’s active hands on care, guided exercise and rehab program, and pelvic floor specialty helped me to gain strength, mobility, and function. I noticed a huge reduction in pain within 3 visits, and after 4 months of care I felt comfortable to backpack for a month in Europe with my family. My Physical Therapist Julia is incredible. I don't have to tell her where it hurts, she knows. She massages the pain away for a half hour then I work out for another 30 minutes. The setting is ideal and I am improving after each visit.

The PT professionals at Presidio have been rehabbing my 6 knee replacements successfully. Every one of the therapists has a distinct approach, and I have been well taken care of by them all. I highly recommend Presidio Sport and Medicine...the entire staff and the way I am treated by them all is part of the healing process.

Presidio Sport & Medicine is a beautiful facility with lovely people! Beverly Walsh has helped me through several injuries with her great expertise, kindness and caring. She is incredibly talented and I would never go anywhere else for physical therapy when I need it.

This place is great! I dislocated and fractured my shoulder. I looked at a lot of places and all the ones who took my insurance and had high ratings had a 2 month waiting list to join. Luckily timing worked and I got in great timing. For me it's great that a lot of service, scheduling and admin communications can be done via text or email. Scheduling portal is a breeze. My therapist, Marissa Arnerich, is outstanding. She is empathetic, professional, friendly and explains things very well. Open to my many questions. The PT aides are also all very competent, professional and friendly. Facilities are clean and in the beautiful Presidio. I hope I don't have to go back to PT in the future but if I do, definitely coming here.
