Presbyterian Occupational Therapy in Rio Rancho on Southern Blvd

My primary care physican referred me to this place, while I did see some results at first, I am right back to square one in my progress after my last session, all I got was an apology from my PT, I don't think they could have cared less. Their overall attitude is take it or leave it, I decided to leave it and cancelled all appointments going forward. I'm in more pain now than when I started. I had to contact my insurance provider and see if I could find another place to go to, am having to start all over with a new refferal, but I don't mind if I can receive better care. I feel sorry for the folks who have to come here, usually Presbyterian is good, but it is kind of hit or miss, depending on your injury or program. Trying to get scheduled for an extra session is a nightmare, and it wasn't worth my time to chase down someone only have a set back weeks later. While my PT was nice, they disregarded my physician's diagnosis and thought they knew better. I will not be returning. "Do no harm" was not the motto here. I had to go to an urgent care center to get proper treatment for my pain which was caused by my last PT session. Probably not the intended outcome.
