Jaime is the best! PT post knee replacement. He found a lateral problem causing severe pain and slowing progress. He may have already fixed it! Brilliant Physical Therapist! After decades of physical therapy, Jaime may be the best I have ever seen ever.

I would provide zero stars but the form won't permit me to complete it unless I over-rate them with 1 star. In summary, the front desk staff have virtually no customer service skills and lack a suitable level of professionalism. The balance class, which is vital for recovery of so many people with physical injuries, lacks organization and leadership. Participants are supposed to register in advance with a class limit of 14, but it's consistently over-crowded with people who do not pre-register and they are permitted to barge into the class and disrupt it. Because it's overcrowded, the class participants are limited in range of motion and this adversely affects the efficacy of the class for those of us who need it. The program manager, Justin Munoz is rude, immature and lacks people skills. I trace all of these issues to management or lack thereof. Thus, I regret wasting $300 for a membership and will certainly not renew it. My recommendation is to go find another health and fitness facility and not waste your money here.

Initially was in PT for shoulder therapy. After third visit was sat down and told and I quote.” what do you want to do today?” I don’t know, but I think the person with the degree should be the one telling me what we’re going to do. After checking my chart it showed that I left without reason and canceled the rest of my visits. Upon seeing NP Wolfe at Rust orthopedics. She said I discontinue treatment there. And I’m now signed up with a much better facility. Recommended by neurosurgeon. She even told me not to go back they were not doing the right things. I now attend Peak motion. And suggest you do the same if you have any problems. They know what they’re doing and they don’t ask. What do you want to do today? They put you to work and help you. By the way, the physical therapist at the health Plex was named Jamie.

Came in at 7:50 am for a follow up appt at 8:00 am for pt with a replacement named Jazmine. Well Jazmine came in at 8:30 to get another client. Finally at 8:40 I went to ask the front desk to ask if I was going to get seen because my appt was at 8:00 am. The front desk didn't know what was going on and informed me that she had another opening at 9:30 and it was going to be another evaluation appt. Idk what kind of therapy place this is, but at least 15 people were called in front of me. The schedulers don't know what they are doing, double booking people and not informing the therapists that their clients are here on time.

I had physical therapy for hip replacement surgery earlier this year and worked with two super therapists named Jaime and Rusty. They were excellent to work with. They were very patient with me and listened to the concerns that I had about my recovery. Now I am back for more PT after having total knee replacement surgery in June. Now I am under the care of Melissa Ramirez and Jayson Nelson Helm. They are also super therapists and it is a pleasure working with them. They are very good at their jobs and are very compassionate about my cares and concerns with my knee issues.

I had a few therapy sessions here and I will NEVER be back! The therapist I had was a bit rough with me. My knee injury only got worse; not better. I was definitely pushed beyond my limitations. I know that they DON'T consider an individual's strengths and weaknesses. Since leaving this facility, I am proud to say that I am now on the road to recovery... thanks to my new therapist. Please keep in mind that this bad experience was MY experience. I cannot speak for others.

Central scheduling and the robot very ineffective and rigid. Wrong therapist assigned, I was told by the assistant of Brice that she would fix this and get me to the right therapist. She said she would tell scheduling and call me. CentraCentracheduling refused

FANTASTIC! This place runs a structured, well organized, professional, rehab center. The staff consists of well educated people including a doctor, nurses, therapists, and more. Everyone seems to work well with each other and treat the patients with respect. I especially like that they wear earphones to communicate with each other. It is way more than just exercise - they have classes, take vitals before and after, and always have experts on the massive exercise floor montoring all. I’m not sure of all the “diseases” they take but it is numerous. I feel very fortunate to be a patient. It may save my life.
