Terrible experience. Testing car wasn’t present when I arrived at appointment time, had to call to find out they were running late. Multiple times online and in person tester said results would be back in 18 hours for pcr covid test. After 24 hours I called and they said “sorry the lab is backed up and closed tomorrow so you’ll get your results on Tuesday” which meant 3 days! It’s now 3.5 days later and I still haven’t heard from them. Hard no.
It did not seem like the medical assistant knew how to effectively serve individuals. There was about 3 people waiting before me and it was moving very slowly. One person even left because it was taking too long. The COVID tests were administered in the truck of a car. Felt weird.
No great experience - The mobile setup was not a healthy environment - I hesiteted to do my test but I did it anyways becuase someone drove for me there. I ask to the Health Department to supervise these Mobil centers becuase there is a lack of hygine previsions. Unfortunately, I was feeling so bad that I had no choice but to accept those unhealthy conditions.
Quick and easy testing. The nurse practitioner was friendly and knowledgeable. Best COVID testing experience so far.
Very helpful and patient. They proactively called me to make sure I find the place and helped me with the online registration that I had missed to do before the appointment.
Both nurse practitioner (video), and RN collecting test samples were polite, friendly and efficient which was helpful when I’m not feeling great (exposed to Covid and sick, but not positive on at home tests)
The location was fast and easy to park, get tested, and the worker was very pleasant! Another man and I arrived as she was going to lunch, but she checked us in and tested us promptly. No problems with the codes or procedures! The testing site was in a “Pod” in the rear of the parking lot. I really liked it being outdoors because I was testing for Covid. I will come again for future testing if this location is available!
