Premier Urgent Care

I had a great experience at Premier Urgent Care. I was able to email the office and register as a new patient, and after calling, they were able to get me in for a next day appointment. I did have a little bit of a wait once I arrived, but the nurse and nurse practitioner I saw, Drucilla Adeniran, were both amazing! They were personable, professional, and efficient!

Doctor is great! Staff is not trained or willing to collect extra money.Charged twice for same visit one for vaccination second for office general visit. They try to confuse by giving the detail of billing

Visiting from out of state and what a terrible experience! Just a bunch of giggling girls at the front counter - who looked thoroughly incompetent at their job. When you have a sick 4 year old, atleast show some empathy. Doctor did not even see us. How does this place have 5 stars? Just pathetic..Wont be recommending anyone to visit this place. Made us wait for hours in the cold even though its supposed to be 'urgent' care

Their receptionists are absolutely terrible at their job, It made me switch doctors just to avoid being in their lobby for an hour

I need a COVID-19 test for surgery on Thursday and this is Tuesday. Every location I called includes Quest, Riteaid, Walgreens, Safeway and Sutter Urgent care all require an appointment and turned me away. I called Premier and they agreed to help me even though appointments are required. The staff is polite and very helpful.

The staff that work here are so rude and very unwelcoming no one smiles it’s just horrible. I would not recommend this place to no one. Horrible customer service!

Visited this place with my parent for Immigration Physical. Daisy was too good, prompt and responsive. Helped us with the entire process.
