While those at this office put on a polite and professional show they reel you into thinking they care but bottom line is they don’t. I was late for my 5th PT appointment due to a traffic situation, I called out of courtesy and was told it was fine that they’d see me at my next appointment. Mutual respect and understanding, points for them in my book! I continued w/PT & acupuncture with a second visit to the Dr, consult & insurance approval for a pain block injection, got X-rays & mri etc., jumped through all the hoops… day of scheduled injection I was not in enough pain per their protocol to get injection AND a mutual decision was made to not get it. Some due to my doubt of actual need of it due to protocol questions. Dr was understanding, I left without getting injection. Went for more acupuncture but missed one on a Monday morning due to being ill, called as early as possible (it was a Monday, couldn't contact anyone in the 24 hr window). Office staff I spoke with agreed I should not come in due to my symptoms. A month later I got a bill for $100….it was a no show fee. Called billing, referred to office. Called office and after much explaining on both sides, bottom line is they refused to make an adjustment. So just beware of them not being who they present themselves to be. Be cautious with having to miss appointments even when the situation warrants it. $100 is waaaaay out of line. If I hade to do it over I would have gone to my appointment sick without consideration for those I would have passed it on to.

After three visits with Danielle Dobbins I'd like to compliment her on her professionalism as well on her "bedside manner" as she has proved a good listener, taking my concerns into account and treating me as a human - rare things in the 21st century medical industry. My interactions with support staff have so far been pretty good as well. Thus far I have never been kept waiting longer than a few minutes when I have appointments. Please keep up the good work!

The staff is great, Dr Clark does an incredible job with injections but I notice service around him has been going downhill over the last couple years and it’s causing me to get mentally burned out running around by them for continuous treatment. The wait times are getting crazy to near an hour to be seen. If my nervous system makes me react during visit he doesn’t finish my injections. The constant nagging follow ups for a simple muscle injection and if I’m not there for more than a few months because of waiting to hit deductible I need reevaluated to get injections again. The billing department needs a huge updating as well.

I've been under the care of Dr. Clark and the rest of his team for 6 months. I am always greeted by the friendly receptionist. From the very first appointment I had with Danielle, I can say I am happy with the way that everything has happened for me and the care that I am and have been receiving as well as the treatment plan for me. Expect to be there for a little while. The Dr. does take his time with each patient and doesn't rush through his procedures. I strongly recommend this practice if you really want to receive the proper help.

I have had a great deal of previous experience with treatment and injections for back issues over the years. I was recently referred to Dr Clark’s office. This has been the best practice that I’ve been to. Danielle is very kind and thorough with doing the best for me. My injection procedure with Dr Clark was the best I’ve experienced and I received great relief from my pain. Past experience goes a long way and I am grateful to have been introduced to this practice. From check in to check out top notch!

I’ve only been to three visits so far and I have had the pleasure of working with Danielle Dobbins and Dr. Clark and have had great experiences with both of them. Premier Spine and Sports Medicine has been absolutely fantastic! The staff is knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, and efficient, in all aspects of the practice. They offer a variety of services and are very prompt and flexible with scheduling appointments and follow up visits. Dr. Clark did a wonderful job with my cervical epidural steroid injection and I am very pleased with my current treatment plan under the supervision of PA Danielle Dobbins. Excellent establishment!

Danielle is fantastic. She cares and goes above and beyond to help you understand what exactly is going on... Different doctor did my injection and while he seemed pretty nice, I felt the communication during the procedure was a bit lacking. I didn’t know exactly what to expect and wasn’t talked through the procedure.. that’s why I docked a star. Would’ve liked to have known what was going on during procedure before it happened. But otherwise fantastic facility so far.
