Premier Rehab Physical Therapy: Northlake

Matt was compassionate and provided good directions at the rehab site and for follow up routine at home. After session with him on 9/12, I needed to schedule additional appointments but waited 11 minutes before anyone was a available to schedule next appointments

Can’t say enough good things about my experience. Lori works, every visit, to make sure you get the activity you need to improve. Seth and Amaya make sure you execute activities as planned. Everyone helps you to improve. I was back to normal functions 8 weeks after hip replacement. Tracy goes above and beyond to make your scheduled visits fit in with your life style. Should the need arise, I will be back!!!!

My experience with Premier rehab has been great! Therapists Lori and Kelly are fantastic and very knowledgeable. They are patient and listen to concerns. They work with you and develop a plan to address your health issue. Therapy Techs, Seth and Amaya are great also. Tracy is kind and helpful too. My knee is 100% better because of their help and guidance. I just can’t stress how awesome the entire team.

I have been receiving physical therapy at Premier Rehab in Northlake for 6 weeks, I highly recommend this clinic especially Dr Kelly my primary therapist, Dr Laurie and PTA, Seth, very informative, supportive with progress. Dr Kelly went above and beyond by connecting me with an orthopedic surgeon to further explore diagnostic evaluations. I am so happy with this staff and helping me reach my goals of pain relief, increasing early return to activities. Also would like to acknowledge, Tracy, administrative assistant, she is welcoming and through with physicians referral and billing process she makes seamless.

Dr Cory Newman is an awesome PT. He really took the time to understand my injury and customized his approach to healing my back. Very personal and professional. That is hard to find.

I have had a very positive experience with Premier Physical Therapy. Therapists Lori and Brian are knowledgeable, competent, and incredibly kind. Therapy Techs, Seth and Amaya, are helpful and positive. The receptionist, Tracy, is helpful, kind, and personable. The entire team has shown me empathy and kindness during a challenging time in my life.

I recently had a hip replacement surgery, and am I ever thankful I had met Dr. Kelly McFarland a few months prior. My outpatient rehab program could not have gone more smoothly. I challenged my coaches (Lori and Candy) to push me and to rapidly prepare me for resuming my active lifestyle. They were more than happy to accommodate. That said, I noticed other patients receiving tailored therapy programs fitting a wide range of needs. Tracey works the front desk and scheduling, and she made it easy to do business and put plans together. The whole team was skilled, friendly, courteous, and very professional, and the facility in Northlake is clean, organized, and very accessible. Thank you, Premier Rehab!!!

Lori and the team are great and very knowledgeable with my injury. I like the equipment they have. The app to follow up on the exercises has video to ensure you are doing them correctly. It is an excellent way to follow up at home and on the road when traveling.
