Premier Physical Therapy

The PT itself felt helpful. However, my PT left to treat another patient halfway into my appointment. Apparently, the patient scheduled after me came 30 minutes early to their appointment and was seen as they arrived. I haven't had this at other PTs.

I have utilized the services of Premier Physical Therapy several times over the years, and they are definitely the best PT clinic in the area. In June a bad fall broke my humerus, as well as fractured the head of it, and broke three ribs. Now it is December, I’m still in therapy, and I could not possibly have regained the range of motion, strength, and ongoing trajectory to complete healing without the incredible skills and care of extraordinary Physical Therapist Travis Salangsang. His wry, dry wit helps, as well. He makes my whining turn to laughter. In fact, all the team at Premier have been great. I cannot recommend Premier (and Travis) highly enough. I am so grateful.

I had two Total Shoulder Arthroplasties (Replacements) in 6 months and went to Premier Physical Therapy for my PT. Eric put me on a program that helped me get my range of motion and strength back in both my shoulders. When I had my follow-up appointments with my surgeon, he was amazed at my progress stating that I was far ahead of where most of his patients were at that point in time. The staff at Premier are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I've been to three other Physical Therapy places and Premier Physical Therapy is hands down the best. I highly recommend them!

I have been seeing Eric and occasionally others for various injuries for the past 10 years now and have been very happy with the treatments that I have received. The staff is very professional and extremely kind and helpful. Yes, the appointments should be made in advance. They are booked because they are GOOD! Once you know your regiment, you are given your exercises to complete and sometimes you have a one on one intern to assist and direct you. After exercises are complete, I get a great massage, sonogram, and ice and stem or usually heat. I have been VERY pleased with the quality of care and treatment. HIGHLY REC. Char is also amazing!

I have been going to Premier Phisical Therapy for three months and I highly recommend this place. Eric has help me to heal a shoulder and my neck injury after a car crash accident. He was very attentive from the beginning and he knew what was the best for my recovery.I got the best treatment with exercises massage and stem. The whole team is very helpful and and very knowledgeable as well as very friendly. My shoulder and my neck are 100 percent better. Thank you so much.

I had injured myself and needed to have surgery on my hip. I was referred to Premier Physical Therapy, and I am so grateful I was. The entire staff, (interns, reception, PT’s, everyone) is so nice and helpful. Surgery had an estimated 6-8 month recovery time, and today was my 6 month and final session. They literally got be back up and running again! Thank you team, for working through the pain, the recovery and the restrengthening with me!

I dislocated my shoulder multiple times before having surgery for a torn labrum, and during that time I went to several physical therapists around Santa Cruz and had disappointing experiences. When I finally got my surgery, I wanted to make sure I worked with a great team of physical therapists so that I could come back stronger and return to surfing and playing volleyball at the same level I had been before. Premier Physical Therapy was the answer! Eric and Charlene and the team did an amazing job of both pushing and pacing me through the recovery process (I got lightly reprimanded once because they saw me trying to bump a volleyball in the parking lot one day before my appointment a little before I should have been...lol). They were friendly, knowledgeable, and while I was there I saw them helping people of all ages recovering from a wide variety of injuries. But especially if you are an injured athlete who is motivated to get back to the sports that make your life complete, this is the place for you! Thanks, Eric!

Great Experience! Great staff! I'm an athletic male in my late 20's that has been plagued with injuries. Happy to report that the two issues (back and elbow) that were at the top of my list are fixed. I worked with Megan and the supporting staff. She was great at listening and making sure I was challenged with new exercises and upping the weight/reps. Bottom Line: Would (and have) definitely recommend to a friend
