The people that work there are very polite very gracious, respectful, understanding great place to go. It’s a good environment. The therapist are amazing at what they do.They take their time they try to understand where your pain is coming from and they address it they take great care of their patients.The doctors are also amazing always there when you need them. They are always willing to help you.

This team has been amazing since my 1st day. The office is clean and inviting. The front staff are sweet and make you feel comfortable. The Physical therapy team are wonderful and accommodating to your specific needs. Dr. Volpe & Dr. Bontempo have been god sent. They actually listen to you, thank you. Thank you Premier Physical Therapy for the wonderful experience thru this rough time in my life.

Everyone at Premier PT in Wyomissing is super friendly and helpful! I’ve been going there over a year now and I feel like they really care about their patients. They’ve ordered supplies for me and helped coordinate appointments. I would highly recommend their office to anyone with a WC injury! They’ve helped me get the treatment I need and additional testing. Great office and staff!

My mom Lisandra have Lumbar/Cervical spine problems. She live in Lancaster PA. She travel 45min. 3days a wk for Physical Therapy. Since day one She was greeted with respect by the staff an employee. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They work with you an aren’t pushy on the therapy. She would recommend them to everyone. On the plus side they also have Bilingual therapists my mom speaks an understand English but feel more comfortable she Spanish. From all three Physical Therapy office She have visited, this is the one She stated that she will stay with an would recommend.

Well medically THE PROFESSIONAL DOCTORS will get you what you need as did for my fiancé while you’re there but, the fact the Spanish girl is so loud and obnoxious while in a medical practice was beyond me. The Girl sitting at the separate desk was the most unprofessional person I ever encountered toward her own coworkers Very high tone voice with words that were not necessary it made that trip very astonishing to me as to I wouldn’t have someone as obnoxious as her at any of my information desks. . I honestly felt bad for the people dealing with her. One word. UNPROFESSIONAL
