Premier Physical & Occupational Therapy- Grayson

Felt more like the fastfood of pt, most barely seem to know or care about your pt needs, they don't want to be there, just get you in and out. I take my health and time seriously in dedication.. but DO believe that fun and positivity to be apart of it to. I was disappointed in most the female staff there. They were more worried about talking to each other about unrelated work including not wanting to be there..... Not really motivating for me either. (leaving me and others waiting and unsure what we were doing next, even in leaving situation of near falling, to gossip). The male staff were the opposite, they all were dedicated to my therapy and seem to understand why I was there. They could balance some talk, but still be there through my pt. Because of the huge difference i asked for male only, I normally don't care if male or female, but the pt ethics between the two... were to great to ignore. Ideally wish the same person to track my progress and really know my situation, but we can't have everything. They said no problem, but in about the 4th visit they ignored that request. I didn't object as figured I would give this different female staff benefit of the doubt. Yes, it was a wasted trip of time, gas, physical therapy, and left me unmotivated as they were and not wanting to be there either, i didn't want to go back. So I am seeking a PT place that is there to really help get me back to 100 percent. 2 stars because the guys there really tried. Otherwise be 0 star because of my experience I feel the need to find better in the middle of important PT. Find better.. there's gotta be... your time and health important.
